Probably my favorite gym I've ever had a membership at. Every piece of equipment I could want - including serious lifting gear, and incredible staff, great community, and several 24/7 locations that makes it easy to always get a session in.

If you are looking for results, Berserker Strength and Conditioning is the gym to go to in Kuna. There are no circuit training or aerobic classes, just hard core strength training, fitness training, and bodybuilding. Don't be intimidated by that statement because the staff and the environment are welcoming and friendly. There are seasoned professional trainers available to help you achieve your lifting goals from competitive lifting to bodybuilding. I listen in on training sessions to pick up on subtle techniques to improve my workouts. At 76, I'm a Silver and Fit participant that has seen my strength and fitness increase considerable since I joined. So if your in my age group, signup and go for it, you won't regret it and you'll get healthier. They also have a very cool logo.

I don't workout at this gym, but as a beginner; everyone was very friendly and accepting. I learnt a lot while training here and value all of the people I have met who have accompanied me in my lifting journey. Great grunge environment with old fashioned equipment. Makes you feel like you're in a 90s no "BS" place, if that's your thing like it is for me, definitely train here. Only gym in Kuna with metal plates, if that matters to you. Huge shout out to Troy and the owner (whom i have only met briefly), great guys though.

Read the other reviews and don't waste your time. I had multiple instances of skin infections due to the extremely dirty environment. Almost 40 dollars a month for the gym to never be cleaned / equipment never taken care of.

Joined this gym because it was close to home and easy access. Did not end up using our membership since the equipment at times is non functional, outdated and in poor condition so we choose to go somewhere else. My debit card had expired so I missed a payment, 4 days later I was told by text I could be turned into collections which I thought was very harsh for a 4 day window. I was told to go into the location or call. I went into the location and paid up my account but was informed I could not cancel in person, only online. Once I cancelled online I was informed I was charged a cancellation fee which is not clearly communicated in the paperwork showing the exact fee, and my card was charged without my permission and I was told by email. I do not agree with the business practices and only decided to write a review after reading other reviews. The way management responds to low reviews appears to be petty and rude. If the location and equipment work for you, great! But if you ever need to deal with management I feel it will not be the most positive experience.

Went there between 10 and 2 like it says no one was there tol help wanted to get a membership and check it out. Very disappointing. Don't have your hours like that of your not going to be there. Closer to my house looks like domination will be my gym.

Gym is always dirty, equipment is very old and beaten up, and they are never staffed. I cancelled my membership and they threatened collections (Over $37 lol). I would stay away at all costs.

I tend to give generous reviews. Unfortunately, I give 3 stars for this gym. This place may have the basic equipment but it's old, worn, and dirty. The prices are too high now and they reasoned it with increasing costs of upkeep... Yet there's no upkeep. If you would have remained less expensive, it would have justified the old/worn equipment.
There's fees to sign up and fees to cancel. Sign up fees make sense but not cancelations.
In the end, I would have been better off buying some bars and weights.

This gym has been amazing. It has all the free-weights and Olympic lift equipment you could want. They also have just the right amount of machines to target your muscles groups without waiting in line. The staff is friendly and gets things done quickly. I am very happy with my switch to Berserker and look to continuing my fitness journey here.

I have been going to Berserker for about 4 months now. Michelle has been amazing with helping me start a new membership and always making me feel welcomed. I love that its a smaller gym and does not get packed. Izzy has been my personal trainer and has been so supportive and gives me great workouts. I especially love her responsiveness if i have any questions. She has also given me fun hotel workouts when i went out of town. I will be sad to leave since i will be moving but wanted to show my appreciation for such an awesome gym.

This place is pretty awesome, been a couple months and its my home away from home. Yeah the equipment could use some upgrades/maitenence but it doesnt get better this close to home. Familiar faces for the most part at similar times. Good vibes big gains 💪🏼. Make sure you dont forget your blender bottle though, someone jacked mine…gross, but its whatever. Used an alternate gym I. Kuna due to ridiculous pricing. Enrollment fee never waived..never have promotional for lower fee. Also even haveing multiple people sign up each has to pay $59 + monthly charge due up front. Rip off to take your money. All other experiences w/gyms you never have to pay monthly fee up front and enrollment fee can be waived or lowered went multiple signing up. They are taking advantage of Kuna people because people don’t want to drive as far! But head over to freedom fitness! Friendly staff and machines are updated and new!! Also willing to work w/you on enrollment fee

I'm sorry that my review upset stuff or people in charge of this gym. My review was while using the free pass. While the gym is spacious and open 24 hrs, the machines are old and need maintenance and a little cleaning. As a small business owner I welcome positive and negative reviews of my business and try to improve and not go after the reviewer because I didn't like what it was said. It was nice to hear that equipment will be maintenance soon but after speaking with stuff I was unsatisfied with the attitude given due to my review and I was asked to remove it. I liked this gym since it's close to my home but neither me or any of my family will be joining this gym anytime soon.

I love this gym! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Personal trainers are supportive and are full of helpful tips with exercises and dieting. Equipment is always clean and works for me. For the comments that say it’s out of date I am personally impressed on some of their equipment functions and it shouldn’t matter if it’s out of date just as long as it’s getting you to exercise. Prices are good for those on a tight budget. Overall this is an awesome facility and I would highly recommend!☺️

The equipment is not new, and the space is small, but it's everything you need in a gym without the frills.
It's new, they're still working on it, get over yourself!
Kuna now has a 24/7 gym that I hope sticks around, maybe even upgrades locations down the line!

Maritza Black & Duard VanVorce are AMAZING trainers! They have been volunteering their time to coach Boise Community Stars a Special Olympics team in powerlifting. The whole gym is a great support in including our athletes and making them feel comfortable in their training.

I appreciate the low key vibe here. Everyone is here to our work in l, yet we’ve a great community of friends with similar drive and goals. No masks required is a huge bonus for me too! Great equipment and things you don’t find at other gyms!

I would say 0, but it's not an option. They charged me the incorrect amounts for my families memberships. They didn't provide or have me sign a contract. I didn't use the membership once I saw the equipment available and requested a refund. They agreed to refund me and then didn't process those correctly. I only received 1 of the 3 refunds. The Gym equipment is very old and run down. It smells. Poor management, super unprofessional. A young child answered (like under 5 years old) and hung up on me when I called. Go to Freedom Fitness, It's Cheaper with better equipment, more classes, cleaner, newer, they have child care, and the staff is very professional. The owner is available and at the gym taking care of things.

Great size 24-hour gym in kuna! Had all the equipment you'll need, rather that is cardio and bands or heavy weights and squat racks. Brian helped me set up my membership quickly, 1 year membership is only 30 bucks! After having a baby a couple months ago it's just what I need to get back in shape.

Solid gym. Like the mostly iron plates/dumbells and hammer strength equipment. Overall the gym has an old school feel to it that I enjoy.

Karlee was friendly, let me have a week pass, and explained the several different payment options. For a 24/7 gym, prices are reasonable and they do have a no contract option.
