I reached out to Nikita as I was struggling navigating the FP 10 week online course on my own. I was doubtful if an online practioner is what I really needed at this time however she turned out to be the perfect fit!
Her experience being a massage therapist, a trainer already for many years paired with her relatable approach and FP education has helped me understand the material immensely.
She has a keen eye for what adjustments I need to make to avoid injury while being thorough explaining what's going on with my hyper mobile anatomy so I know what to do when training alone. Her advice often echoes in my head after our sessions because of her passion to help me understand.
I could not have progressed this far without her, I know continuing to train with her is setting me up for success

Nikita at Boise Biomechanics is the real deal. I have dealt with messed up bone structure and muscular imbalances my entire life. This has either put me in pain (and caused an incessant hip surgery), prevented me from doing what I love to do or has made me disgusted to look at myself in the mirror.
You will have to work hard and get comfortable being uncomfortable but it’s so worth the changes you’ll make. My life has significantly improved since I started at Boise Biomechanics.

I totally regret writing my first review of this woman. I wrote it with good intentions but now in light of events that occurred I rescind everything I said about her. Her actions are very unprofessional and harmful. I put my trust in her to help me meet my goals and all she did was belittle and ridicule me. She talked about her clients in an unprofessional way and bragged about making clients cry. I reported her to FP headquarters for her unprofessional behavior.

Oftentimes the pain many of us feel in our backs, necks, hips, shoulders, etc. comes from improper movement patterns. These improper movement patterns usually stem from either acute injury or, more commonly, chronically poor posture such as office work or lounging on the couch. It took me over a decade of doing my own research and seeing half a dozen doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors to finally realize all of this. After making this realization, the next logical question becomes “who understands this well enough to help fix my pain?” Enter Boise Biomechanics.
I’ve been working with Nikita at Boise Biomechanics for the last 2 months, and she has helped me achieve nearly pain free living. My back, neck, and hips are all significantly improved because she helped me correct the fundamental movement patterns that put me (and most of us) in chronic pain. Nikita is very passionate about what she teaches and it comes through in every session. If you come to her for help, be prepared to discard what you thought you knew about healthy movement/posture and be ready to learn something totally new but incredibly valuable and worthwhile.

I enjoyed trying out the remote option for my biomechanics session today. It was convenient and I was able to get the feedback I needed. Being able to work one-on-one has been helpful, and having the remate flexibility makes it easier to access!

Nikita is a wonderful massage therapist. She listens closely to discover your problem areas and is careful to apply what kind of pressure you desire. But she is so much more than a good massage therapist. She understands what is happening functionally with the body and can help you improve your patterns for moving. I have a moderate scoliosis and she helps me to stand taller and feel more balanced. I have a winging scapula and she can get it to lie flatter. I appreciate her care and concern. I feel lucky to have found her!

Nikita and Patrick have given me my life back! I had struggled with pain for so long it seemed like it was "just how it is when you age." For years I would not leave my house for the day without a fist-full of ibuprofen and migraine meds in my purse. Today, I never use ibuprofen and very rarely migraine medicine, when I do get a migraine I employ the tools that they have shared with me to release the stress or the pressure to relieve the migraine! It is a game-changer! Highly recommend you go see them for both massage and for the bio-mechanics training... you will not be disappointed!
