I worked out with Galen for almost 8-9 months and was beyond happy overall. I am fairly young and had been in the military for six years but needed accountability for working out while working full time and working on my masters. This provided that. Not only did I meet all my goals, he provided an excellent routine and friendly space every time I came to workout. It was 1 on 1 without anyone else there, so it was perfect for me. I would recommend him to anyone needing a very specialized, and individual experience who is also willing to put in the time.

I’ve been working with Galen on a strength training program for almost a year now. My initial goals were to strengthen my core so that my back would be stronger and I’d stop injuring it when I played pickleball. In a few months time, I made some amazing gains in core strength, but also stronger muscles all over. I also had poor flexibility in my upper back which prevented me from lifting things overhead. I am so amazed at how much my range of motion has improved! Galen is very qualified to act as a coach with his background in kinesiology and exercise science. He identifies where your weaknesses are and focuses on building a program around those, while incorporating a variety of exercises that strengthen your body overall. He continually reevaluates where you are and writes custom plans for your needs. I think it’s absolutely essential for older women to add strength training to their regular exercise. It’s such an important part of being optimally healthy in all stages of your life.
