CrossFit Edify is more than just a name or gym. It is a family. Classes with people who are encouraging, uplifting and amazing. I have never felt more welcomed in a gym. The coaches are incredible, extremely knowledgeable and fun. It is a great place to be!

Great CrossFit gym! I like the concrete slabs in the middle of the gym for help centering your lifts. One of the few gyms with multiple ski ergs as well. Jessie is a super chill guy, and Corinne is an amazing coach and athlete!

Also, I appreciate it when the coaches do the WODs that are programmed and they attend class just like any member. I think it speaks to the quality of the programming (which he does himself). There's a good variety in the workouts (shorter sprint style WODs, longer grinders, heavy days, etc.) and you can tell the community is very involved and has a good time with each other!

I’ve been going to CrossFit Edify for about two years and…I LOVE IT! Give it a try if you’re on the fence. I love CrossFit because it’s a great workout and only takes an hour. Every class starts with a warm up and then a different workout each day. The coach does a great job at mixing up the workouts. There are all skill levels, which I appreciate. I’ve been able to stretch myself and, the best part, my neck and back are stronger and don’t hurt as much at work anymore. Seriously a life saver.

Before moving to Idaho falls I worked out at a CrossFit gym for over a year and loved CrossFit! I didn’t have the best experience at the edify gym. I wanted to love it, I really did but the coach wasn’t as attentive as what I had been used to. I ended up pulling a muscle in my lower back. This all happened at the beginning of the shut down and I have never been back. I think sometimes you love and click with the coaches and sometimes you don’t. I didn’t love it.

It pains me to write a negative review for this crossfit gym! I moved to Idaho Falls in March and dropped into Crossfit Edify. After an awesome workout, I signed up for a punch pass but ended up at another gym in town that was a better fit for me. I still spoke highly of Crossfit Edify to anyone who asked until I looked at my credit card statement and noticed that I had been charged for a month-to-month membership for 3 months. I figured it was just a simple misunderstanding so I stopped by the gym to speak with Jesse and try to straighten things out. First he said the only thing he could do was comp my next two months at the gym which I didn't want at that point. Then he tried to gaslight me into believing that I signed up for a membership and not a punch pass which was pretty insulting. We ended up coming to the agreement that Crossfit Edify would refund me 2/3 months (minus 12 dollars per transaction since that is supposedly what it costs the gym to charge a credit card). I still wasn't happy but was ready to be done with the whole thing. Well 2 weeks go by and I still had not received a refund so I e-mail Jesse and get no response (still have not received a response to this day). Sadly, I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the transactions to get my money back. All in all Crossfit Edify offers a nice facility to go get a good workout in, but make sure you clarify what you're signing up for and check your bank statements!

They can't get their billing act together. I have been trying to cancel the service for months now! They tell me one thing and then do another. I went from monthly to a year contract but unfortunately I had to cancel the service altogether. They keep charging me the monthly rate then they charge me a cancellation fee as though I was on a yearly plan. They can't get it right. So I am getting charge higher rate then a cancellation fee! They keep telling me they will look into it but seems like they say that so they can charge me another month. With this experience, I can't recommend this Gym to anyone and I will do just the opposite and tell people to go somewhere else.
I hope this review will help them realize that their billing is messed up. I will be also post a similar review on Facebook.

I travel all over the country trying to find good fitness instructors and Jesse is the best instructor I have ever had. I couldn’t say enough great things about the gym and owner.

Fairly new to crossfit but I had an awesome experience. There's a lot of space and great equipment. Jesse lead the workout and was very motivating and knowledgeable. He was also able to adapt the workout to people of all backgrounds and physical capabilities. You won't be let down!

I had never done any crossfit when I walked into crossfit edify. Couch to crossfit was made easy by knowledgable and encouraging staff who knew how to scale to my abilities while challenging me at the same time. The 12:30pm class is the most intimidating of all the classes. They lift heavy and fast and look badass while doing it. everyone is great about mentoring and showing the techniques to be safe. The WOD's are challenging and will change your life. And as a mom of 3, i love the kid room, it's clean and safe for all ages.

I knew Jesse before he developed Crossfit Edify. He is a genuine guy who is motivating and inspiring. Anyone who gets to train with him or in his facility is in for a treat!

I'm generally "gun shy" when it comes to gyms, or exercise regiments. Probably because I've never felt comfortable learning or progressing without injuring myself, haha. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a handful of people with warm greetings and welcoming conversations. I still have no clue how to do half of the workouts, but that's why this place is what I needed. Everyone I've met has helped me to figure out form, and to understand why and what it is helping. It is very scalable, with varying levels and degrees for every type. I feel I'm progressing, I feel like it's been too long coming, and I'm ready for more. I hope if you're looking for something to get healthy, you'll pay a visit to Jessie and this operation. If your experience is anything like mine thus far, you'll be more than satisfied.

This place is awesome!
I have always enjoyed working out and I have tired hard to keep myself in good shape and even push myself to improve all of the time. This is where Edify and their crew comes in, I joined and have been improving every day, every month etc. This was hard to do on my own but now it is easy. Well the workouts push me to do better and I wouldn't say that was easy :) I am in my mid thirties and I am in the best shape of my life. I have been able to do more than kids half my age. Also I never thought that I would ever enter any kind of a competition and this last fall I did! Not only that but my lifting partner and I finished 6th place which was pretty amazing. So if you are on the fence on whether to check this place out or not come in and give it a try. Everyone here is a big family and just like when I joined you will be welcomed in and pushed, in a good way, to a much better self!!

Like many of you, when I heard the word Crossfit, I thought of elite athletes doing impossible movements which cause injuries in common everyday people. My experience the past 8 months at Crossfit Edify has been the complete opposite. Has it been tough? Yes, it has. Has it been worth it? Absolutely, I am doing things now that I was not able to do when I was in the "prime" age in my life. At Crossfit Edify, your safety and health is the most important aspect. The coaches take the time to ensure that you are doing the movements correctly so as to avoid injury. All movements can and are scaled to an individuals current abilities. You will find a very professional and friendly environment at Crossfit Edify. Regardless of whether you feel this is right for you, I encourage you to give a try. The first time is free and if you are like me, you will be hooked. Stop by and check it out.
