Over the past five years I have worked out at several other Crossfit Gyms down in Utah. What separates this gym and workout experience from those is " Jordan ". Jordan takes the time to work with you on proper technique and form when exercising. Other trainers were great cheerleaders. But Jordan actually trains and motivates you. I always felt that my money was well spent. I was receiving something that I couldn't do on my own. Check Crossfit Flex out, you'll be glad you did!

I really liked doing all the workouts Jordan set up. It was a really fun and supportive environment, and I like how envolved the trainer was. He was always adjusting our weights and making sure we had good form. All in all I really liked working out their!

I was new to cross fit when I joined Crossfit Flex. I hadn't worked out consistently since I had become pregnant with my baby, so to say I was intimidated was an understatement, but it has been so worth that initial discomfort. This is a gym where people of all skill/fitness levels can come and get a great workout.
One of my favorite things is the team-like atmosphere. You are competing against yourself, but your "team" pushes you harder than if you were working out by yourself.
The classes are small enough where you get personal trainer like attention, but don't have to pay the same money.
Jordan knows his stuff and makes sure that every workout is a challenge. Plus it's a lot of fun.
