My experience at Octave CrossFit has been perfect. Eric, Travis, and (VJ of the past) have been very supportive coaches, both welcoming, and motivating. They have put up with my stopping in biannually, taking part in their CrossFit Open antics, and jumping into their WOD schedule at random. I have always come out of Octave drenched in sweat, totally worked, and so excited for the next WOD I get to be a part of at this elite CrossFit box.

If you want a place to enjoy crossfit and learn all the benefits it can bring to your life, then Crossfit Octave is your place. They have the most and the highest trained staff in Pocatello. The beginners class is perfectly designed to ensure you learn all the standard movements to ensure no injuries occur when you graduate and move on to the normal classes. This isn't your normal gym experience. You will be treated like family and everyone will know your name!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time!
I was really excited to join. I emailed them about joining their beginner's class package, which their website states is $65.
Before I'd even set foot in their gym they sent me an electronic bill for $79. I asked why the price difference and they said the website is in the process of being completely redone. So why still have your old membership packages and prices on your homepage if none of it is accurate?
Just very short and rude with me. Basically told me to buzz off.
