I have trained with Adam for over a year now. Adam is knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and has a passion for the industry through helping me achieve my goals and educating other trainers. I like the variety of exercises I do. As I have made progress, he changes up my program to continuously make it challenging. Not only did I see physical changes in my body, but I also noticed improvements in my thinking. I am stronger, and I feel more energized and confident.

Aside from his professional skills, Adam is also a pleasure to work with on a personal level. He connects well with others. He is friendly, approachable, and always willing to address my questions and concerns, and provides helpful life advice.

Knowledgeable and supportive coach. Adam created a personalized program that was specific to my goal leading up to my wedding. Improved overall strength, especially in my legs which tends to be a weakness of mine, and aesthetics. He was accommodating to my needs but also challenged me to push beyond my comfort level.
