I got into town yesterday for a family vacation and was looking for a gym to use while I’m in town. I got an immediate response at 10:30 P.M

The owners notified me that they were closed on Sundays but would unlock the facility so I could use it. Great people! Great gym! Beautiful location! I 10/10 recommend this place to anyone visiting town.

Recommend for travelers, short term! Good spot to exercise if alone or <4. It's essentially a beefed up home gym. Which is good enough for me on the few days a year i plan to stop in. Would be curious to know if running is permitted on premises or vicinity.

My wife and I hadn’t been to Lava Hot Springs in nearly five years, so it was really exciting to finally be back. We used to visit a lot, but one thing that always got to us was the lack of a gym—especially during our winter month visits. That’s why finding this facility was such a treat. The gym is awesome, and we even met the couple whom I believe are the owners, and both were super friendly. The view is fantastic, and there were two really cool dogs running around that added even more charm. I’d definitely recommend this spot if you live in Lava or ever find yourself visiting.

We visited lava for the holiday weekend and I stopped in DFitness while we were here! What a hidden gem! The owners were responsive and helpful. There’s a QR code to scan to pay for a drop in. The gym was so clean! There was also a fridge with bucked up supplements. It was so nice to have the gym to myself for an hour and treat myself after to an energy drink afterwards. Can’t recommend enough!
