I've known Joe Daily for many years since he was a police officer however we lost touch for a little while during which time I had a stroke losing the entire left side of my body, when I ran into him again he said that maybe he could help me, so I went to see him at the gym and told him I don't think there's much of anything we can do, without skipping a beat he said, I bet we can! And with that we've started working out together a couple of times a weekwhile he sings and dances and jokes always happy to be helping me even when I tell him I say I cant, which is not an option with Joe! We push through it he's patient and kind but never let's me think I can't do something he's there to help to show me I can! And to count for me when I lose track! Joe is awesome!

Joe is an incredible coach. He considers your physical ability and nurtures your esteem while pushing you to excel.

He has created a program that I can follow (having never been consistent on my own) and teaches me more about nutrition with every training session.

Joe builds me up to meet the challenges he presents me with and reassures me that I have the ability to work up to crushing those challenges when I fall short.

I was stuck in the lose five pounds gain ten yo yo game. As someone who has worked out my entire life and fairly athletic this was obviously extremely frustrating. I reached out to Joe and he helped customize a diet and workout plan for me that kept me engaged and helped me shed the weight. I went form 206 down to 174 in about 6 months. I've kept over 20 of it off for a year now. Joe is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.
