If you could do less than 1 star I would. I have requested to cancel my monthly set up due to not being able to make it work with my schedule. Lori the office manager has been the least helpful person to deal with. She wouldn't call me because she was "Working from home" I have given it about 2 weeks for her to help me and she is pretty rude in email as well. I will not be going back even when my schedule is more reasonable. I would never expect this kind of customer service from a small local gym.

We absolutely adore Diamond Peak Gymnastics; their prices are reasonable. All the coaches are remarkably kind. The instructors diligently teach the children proper techniques to prevent injuries. I am so pleased knowing my daughters' needs are being met so well. I am extremely satisfied.

My daughter started a little over a year ago, and I am so happy we found this gym! My daughter had never done gymnastics before and she went from recreation to team in a few months. She just started meets and is doing so good placing high. This just shows how INCREDIBLE the coaches are. My daughter is 6 and the level of patience and dedication the coaches have for the kids is amazing! All the staff, coaches and even other parents are so helpful! We love Diamond Peak and definitely recommend!!

As my child has enjoyed the gymnastics side of this gym, she learned alot of skills. We moved her over to tumbling. She has alot of beginner skills and they would not let us move up to intermediate. She did 7 classes in beginners and Had several months in gymnastics. She mastered alot of the skills. The coaches didn't record the skills on her sheet and when the coach said she was good to move up, the office said she couldn't As it wasn't marked off on her chart. The coaches have have not been filling out my daughter chart since she started so they aren't marking off her skills set. Paying $60 a month for my kid to do basic thing that she already knows how to do. Disappointed they don't have a better teaching system to make it worth my daughter getting better skills.

We consider ourselves lucky to have found Diamond Peak Gymnastics. My daughter loves the friendly staff and says the lessons are challenging, the facilities are clean, and the coaches are patient. My daughter has thrived under the nurturing tutelage of Coach Kris and the other coaches at DPG.
Coach Kris brings to the table nearly a quarter of a century of experience and fosters a sense of trust, belonging, inclusion, and unity in her gymnasts. Coach Kris is a leader in this field given the time, attention to detail, and abundance of technical knowledge she shares with every athlete under her care. Coach Kris has been touted by her peers for her passionate and consistent adherence to gymnastic fundamentals including proper body positions and shapes.
The standard at DPG is one where the importance of growth, improvement, and dedication to their craft is instilled in each child. This highly competitive environment has nurtured my daughterβs love of gymnastics. Because of DPGβs commitment to physical excellence, gymnasts are subject to quality instructional time with coaches who are more than capable of providing clear, precise, and actionable adjustments, recommendations, and corrections on how to improve their performance. Routines are a result of careful and attentive acknowledgement of each gymnastsβ particular skills and strengths.
Since involved parents are a pivotal part of any successful gymnastβs support system, at DPG questions are not only necessary, but encouraged and welcomed. Safety is a top priority at DPG and all necessary measures are taken to ensure and protect the health and wellbeing of every gymnast. DPGβs highly organized internal system stays on top of skill advancement and is managed by a team of dedicated individuals whose expertise shines through every day. Endless rewards can be found in the genuine praise and encouragement given to these gymnasts daily.
Gymnasts at Diamond Peak Gymnastics are taught to value the rules and expectations of the gym, including the high value placed on qualities like responsibility, positive support of other gymnasts, maintenance of a culture of confidence, and the benefits of being an integral member of a team. Would highly recommend 10/10!

As a former gymnast...
If your child simply needs an outlet to be active and isn't truly serious about gymnastics, this gym could be a great option. If you're looking for a gym that lives and breathes growing, improving, and creating gymnastics athletes, you should probably look elsewhere. The level of time, attention, and coaching being provided to each athlete is simply inadequate. There are too many kids in classes for the number of coaches, leaving coaches unable to dedicate the time necessary to truly coach, push, and help these athletes learn and excel to their best.
My daughter attended this gym for a year or so and built a decent foundation, however our feelings about this gym were further solidified when my wife and I received a call from the gym - they expressed to us that they no longer wanted our daughter to attend the gym. The reasons? No, she didn't bully anyone... No, she didn't treat anyone poorly or get herself or others in trouble... No, she didn't disrespect anyone or cause harm to anyone or anything in any way...
Apparently a child asking questions of the coaches and ownership on how they can progress, and regularly asking for clear instructions and guidance on what exactly they need to do to progress is just too unbearable and inconvenient. The same apparently goes for parents. The gym is ok leaving kids and parents communication read but not responded to, but don't you go wanting clarity and asking questions. And when you don't get a response, don't you go asking other parents either. Our daughter at times was also interested in looking at other gyms and even attended a couple classes at other gyms to see what it was all about - apparently Diamond Peak had a problem with this as well.
This lack of coaching and guidance for our daughter left our daughter, eager to grow, literally teaching herself. Then unfortunately, instead of coaches and the owner seeing this initiative as a positive and leaning into it - they shied away, and our daughter continued only to be restricted. We even had it pointed out to us that she wasn't doing certain movements (that she had to teach herself) exactly as she should, and again instead of coaching and correcting, she was simply instructed not to be doing those movements at all (mind you, these were completely safe and reasonable movements for an 11 year old to be performing at her level). We've also been told that our 11 year old daughter is simply "too old" to hit certain levels. This is nonsense and certainly doesn't seem to align with this "positive, encouraging, and supportive" statement on their website: "...we foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere where individuals can thrive. Our coaches are dedicated to creating a supportive community that nurtures personal growth, self-esteem, and a love for gymnastics...". Perhaps they should put, "Unless you're too old or ask us questions" at the end there? Additionally, the athletes' competition routines have on more than one occasion been dumbed down and changed the day of competition so the gym can attempt to drive scoring higher - never mind focusing on the gymnast and pushing the gymnasts to perform at their best and highest level.
The overall lack of communication, coordination, clarity, unanswered questions, coaching, and guidance is truly unfortunate. The lackluster communication and feedback we have received could be considered as much or more unfortunate. However, it is what it is. We honestly should have moved our daughter sooner to a gym that shares her same passion for growth and improvement as a gymnast and a gym who truly is interested in fostering such an environment.

We enrolled our daughter to help with dance. Her first two classes were awesome. After that they switched coaches and she wasnβt engaged and we didnβt feel she was learning the skills we were hoping for her to master. We did love the atmosphere and I loved that she was greeted on her first day of class. I also was impressed with the protocol and sanitizing before and after each class. We decided to keep going for 6 weeks. A coach told my daughter in front of other coaches and gymnasts that the temporary dye she used in her hair was bad for her hair and she shouldnβt use it, etc. She is only 10 years old, I chose the dye we used for the tips of her hair. I also know itβs a pandemic and there isnβt much to do. A little pink hair is fun and can be trimmed off easily. I emailed the gym to get the story knowing things can be misconstrued by kids and was told a coach did in fact believe and tell my daughter she was ruining her hair. She backed up her statement with reasoning in an email to me. Thatβs not the job of a gymnastics coach. Unless hair color is mentioned in the policy, it is none of her business. Kids should never be put down, singled out or criticized for choices their parents make. Adults need to keep their opinions to themselves.

My 6 year old daughter has been attending this place for about 3 months now. She can't get enough! I honestly don't know much about gymnastics or the lady who runs it. I do know that this isn't a daycare. This place is serious about what they teach. They are a legitimate gymnastics training facility! These guys have trophies from competitions and by the looks of it are one of the best! The coaches are serious but very kind to the athletes! No nonsense, very professional. All of the kids seem to have a great time here! The price for my daughter at least is very affordable. Don't take my word for it...check this place out!

The coach is fantastic with my daughter, makes her feel comfortable, acknowledges her growth and work ethic, and pushes her to grow. The coaches all work hard to teach the kids how to prevent injuries, and I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail.

My daughter absolutely loves going to gymnastics. All the coaches are wonderful. It is a great environment for these gymnast. This was my daughters 2nd year competing but the first year with Kris and Diamond Peak Gymnastics. She showed so much improvement this year with coaches that know how to teach properly. She went from one medal last year to 20+ this year. These coaches don't just teach the girls gymnastics. My daughters attitude has changed to do better and be better in her everyday life and at practice/competition. They treat her like family. They also ask the gymnast and families give back to the community with in house drives (school supplies, food ect). All the parents support each other and the kids as well. We are so glad to be apart of this wonderful group of people, Truly couldn't find a better place to go!!! Thank you for all you do for our girls

Pretty disappointed with our experience here. We tried the toddler class for our 3 year old daughter(who has been in gymnastic classes for a year in boise with no issues). The classes here in caldwell had too many toddlers vs instructors. The instructors didn't have the patience or the experience to handle multiple young children and were not friendly.

I came to let me daughter try out a session, coaches and owner weren't friendly, no smiles. as my daughters first time, no one said hi to her or even told her which group to go with. we're standing waiting for someone to say hi to her and say hey come with us this way but no they left us standing there while they started. my daughter being nervous already broke down crying. so we left. also coaches were standing chatting amongst each other while drinking coffee and eating food while in session. not professional.
