We don't travel to Kuna often, but today we happen to be in the area and knew we were short some supplements. We swung by and we were instantly greeted by the owner, Noah.
Extremely nice guy and you can tell he takes great pride in his gym. Took a quick tour, chatted with Noah and picked up some supplies that are always priced just right.
If we were living near Noah's gym, he would definitely have two more members!

I can’t recommend this gym enough! When I first started, I was overweight and wasn’t eligible to join the Army. I needed a place that was convenient and effective and this gym has been perfect. It’s super close to home, which makes sticking to a routine so much easier. Since starting, I’ve dropped 18 pounds, gained strength, and improved my overall fitness, and now I’m finally eligible to join the Army. I had a gym membership here for about six months before moving out of state, but absolutely loved it. Management is super on top of things and cares about everyone. If something wasn’t working right, it was working the next time I came in perfectly which is important for a small gym. Everything was super clean (and most guests do a good job of wiping up their equipment too) and I was always able to do the workouts I needed to even at peak times in the day. There’s no showers, but I never had an issue with that living only five minutes away. People usually mind to themselves which I love, but you can definitely make gym friends if that’s what you’re looking for. I have different political views than the flags they hang, but they are a great family and business I love supporting. I’ve never felt isolated because of my different views and they’ve never felt forced onto me. I can tell they are constantly striving for improvement and if I wasn’t moving then I would’ve loved to stay, but would definitely recommend for the Kuna area!

I've been to a few of the gyms here in Kuna and Domination is by far the best one! All the equipment is new and clean and they have a great variety of equipment too. The owners are very nice and easy to talk to. And they are always at the gym and ready to talk to if you need anything or have questions. I've been going to Domination Fitness - Kuna and training with Noah for 4 months now. Its been the best decision I've ever made for myself! I was severely out of shape and not sure where to even start, but Noah met me where i was at while still pushing me out of my comfort zone to get stronger. Love this gym, I tried one before this but the price was quite a bit, but only having to pay $30 a month at this gym fits perfectly into my budget. It might not be as big as the giant facilities, but it has everything you need to get in a great workout, I haven’t encounter something that was missing that I couldn’t supplement for something available. The gym owner is also extremely friendly, as are the other people that go here.
