Brian and Brandon have helped me so much with my ankle and hip mobility. They are extremely knowledgeable and tailor the fascial stretching to each individual and the gym has an awesome atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been with EPOC and Brian for more than 10 years and I was witness of his personal transformation and how he has become an innovator of the fitness industry.
I am taking offense to Mrs.Tappy negative comment about Brian's business conduct and the reference that it is designed for old people only.
I am 56 years old and EPOC is the sole reason why I am able to move and be as active as in my twenties.
Brian is an honest, hard working and respectful human being.
If more people were like him, we would live in a better world.
He developed an unique personal training experience and his product and services are outstanding.
Brian is very consequent in maintaining quality levels and it is no surprise that he makes sure his staff exceeds customers and EPOC expectations.
While switching coaches is not always ideal, I am 100% certain Brian has offered an equivalent or better solution to Mrs. Tappy situation.
Lastly, terms and condition are there for everyone to read, prior to engage in a contract.
Keep going Brian

The first thing I would say is that this is primarily a place to go to have someone stretch you. It would not be my first choice for personal training of any type unless you are over the age of 65. It caters to the older crowd with a 45 minute session which is completely ridiculous. I was fortunate to have a younger trainer who thought outside the box and was willing to challenge status quo and ask questions verses the antiquated owner who clearly has no idea how to run a business or how to treat a customer. Honestly I question his experience based on the sessions I have had. His notions and methods are just very dated. The interesting part is his price point is current.
I might have stayed her for a bit if my personal trainer didn't end up getting fired. That's where the lack of character of the owner became very apparent. It started out with concern and keeping the lines of communciation open during this transition time. Eventually I came to the decision this wasn't the place for me. The challenge was the remaining sessions I had. Now it became I don't issue refunds and my reply was this seems like an exception to the rule. What the owner fails to grasp on a basic business level is firing an employee is not my problem. Punishing the customer makes no sense but with this guy you see his true colors and it has absolutely nothing to do with wanting the best for a customer in a difficult situation. I'm not one for fake people that put on an act but when push comes to shove their actions are completely the opposite. I would avoid this gym there are better options that are more in line with current Idaho price points.

Epoc has been great helping my son overcome an unusual obstacle. As an elite gymnast and 14 years old, my son broke his back. Although he fully healed, he still had a year of pain when he would perform certain skills. We of course took him through traditional rehab methods that were helpful but missing something. But still in pain, and after 9 years of competing, he retired. We were recommended epoc from another gymnastics family. After 10 sessions with Brian, my son learned a lot that he brought to his work outs at home and the local gym. Now after a year from finishing at epoc, he is pain free and is returning to the sport of gymnastics. There is definitely something special about a customized and not cookie cutter regimin that our son received to help him achieve an enormous goal, a goal that quite honestly seemed impossible. Thank you Brian for bringing epoc to the valley! We hope your success continues to grow.

EPOC is the BEST place to workout. The whole place is full of kindness and integrity! Best of all they really know what they are doing. Each workout is carefully and thoughtfully planned and put together. The exercises are functional and effective, not some crazy boot camp with poor form and short term results. We love these guys!

Epoc is by far the best gym in town. Brian Mitchell, the owner, and head trainer is extremely passionate. The personal training sessions are safe and effective. The group training classes are fun and convenient. Not to mention, the workouts are awesome!!
