My daughter has truly enjoyed cheering at Fierce! This is our first season here, following three years at another gym. As a former soccer player with no prior experience in the cheer world, I’ve learned that finding the right gym for your child is essential—every gym has its own unique approach and style.

We found Fierce after our cheer gym closed. Our experience has been outstanding. The best qualities that I can share are:
• Communication is excellent. The owners and coaches really understand how important this is for success and they do it well.
• Professionalism - The way this gym is ran is very professional and it shows in the daily interactions. There is no drama and the kids come first.
• Routines are Constantly Improving - the stunts and routines start off very good, however the coaches are always reviewing and looking for ways to improve the routines through comp season. This is noticed and appreciated.

My 14-year-old daughter is new to Fierce but not new to cheer, and since she started, she’s thriving in the super positive and challenging atmosphere. She loves a good challenge! I highly recommend Fierce Idaho for kids, teens, girls, and boys! As a mom with 3 girls that are part of the Fierce Idaho All Star cheer teams, I have been more than thrilled with our experience for the last 2 years. The community and team aspect is huge for our family, yet the coaching is amazing and high quality, too!

The coaches have experience and show that they can be tough-minded and warm-hearted at the same time. My kids just love them. I appreciate their encouragement for my girls to do their best and work hard. Fierce Idaho produces high level athletes who not only improve and perfect skills individually, but as a team, as well.

Communication from the coaches and staff to the families has been great. As an organized mom who lives on her Google Calendar, I appreciate how well organized Fierce is and the communication to families about events, practices, choreography times, etc. Their staff is so kind and helpful, too.

In addition to attending team practices, my girls have been enjoying their tumbling classes, jumps classes, flight classes, and taking some private lessons. Between team bonding events, to practices and competitions, we spend a ton of time at Fierce or with Fierce families and it’s been an incredible experience. Every team girl here is so excited and happy to be there. It makes the atmosphere in the gym super positive & they are very talented.
Every coach there actually has experience in cheer. They even know how to do the moves they are asking the kids to do, themselves. None of the coaches are just little teens babysitting a group of kids. This place is legit and my daughters skills in just a couple months got better when she spent 3 years at a gymnastics place with little improvement. I'm impressed.

I would definitely look into other gyms! The owner likes to say one thing and do another, crushing the hearts of little kids that have worked so hard! I know it's in a convenient location in nampa, but I believe they are out for the money, not the kids' well-being! They are lucky i had to give a star to leave a review, they don't even deserve that!

The coaches belive that practice comes before health and education which is crazy since they currently have multiple bsu players as coachs they demand that girls are to miss important doc appointments school events and any other form of extra circular activities if they interfere with any form of practice as long with making unreasonable travel accommodations by making the family's leave either very early mornings to make it to schedule meet ups on time or leave late at night due to the screw around mandatory practices they have right before a event highly recommended u find a different cheer team that is focused on kids getting to the next level, understanding sports come after education and well being, guess this is what happens when college walk-ons end up coaching.

We left another local cheer gym where we didn’t feel valued as customers and saw very little growth in our athlete or opportunity for advancement without spending an exorbitant amount of money on private lessons, essentially having to buy your way up rather than work your way up with fierce dedication and raw talent. The poor communication we received is ultimately what led us to make the decision to change cheer gyms, and boy are we glad we found Fierce Idaho! The staff actually seems to care about our daughter, practices are spent on skill-building, strengthening, tumbling, and stunting - all things that were largely left out in our former gym, and were expected to be honed only through private lessons. Communication has been great with emails being responded to in a timely manner. Opportunities for fundraising and sponsorship have also been great. The parents really seem vested in their kids who attend and have also been great to get to know. It’s been a wonderful environment and we are so happy with Fierce Idaho.

Edited to add that unfortunately our daughter decided she needed a break from cheer and had to leave the season early. I understand how challenging it can be having an athlete leave the team early, but Randi handled it like a true professional and we are so grateful for our time there and hope to return in the future!

My family was with our original gym/coach for over 20 years, and we loved it!! Unfortunately, she decided to retire, but before she did, she found us a new home at Fierce Idaho. My daughter entered into the world of cheer a year ago at a different gym and at first loved it, but then began to say she didn’t want to go to practices. There was an unhealthy environment and I noticed her sparkle fade away. We tried out Fierce and immediately her sparkle came back. My daughter has been part of another gym in the valley for several years. When that gym closed and we had to find a new "cheer family" we moved to Fierce Idaho. My daughter was hesitant after being in another place for so long, but the coaches and staff here welcomed her in and immediately made her feel comfortable. My daughter has seemed to "blossom" since joining Fierce Idaho. Not only in her skills, but also home life. I love that the coaches don't allow the typical drama that tends to occur when there's a bunch of teen girls with different personalities. I have yet to hear anything negative about practice come out of my daughters mouth since starting with this gym. I'm very excited to see what this cheer season will bring. The coaches are "no-nonsense/we mean business" but are also kind and still make practice 'fun'.
To be honest, we came from a tight-nit, family oriented gym and were with this gym/coach since I started cheer 25 years ago. We were comfortable, and happy. Being from a small gym, we have heard and seen all the negative issues that go with a big well known gym (for our area) that only cares about the champion title, they pick favorites, and have their snobby cliques (athletes and parents)... we were so nervous this was what we were signing up for.
I'm so happy to let you know, this gym is not that. There's nothing better than humble Champions, and I think we found them here at Fierce Idaho. #LETSGO

I can not say enough great things about Fierce. We have been cheering now for 5 years in the valley and we have found our forever home with this gym! The coaching staff and owner are incredible with our girls, they push and encourage them. The gym strives for success with every skill. We love this gym! My daughter is 14 and she is on one of the elite competition teams. Fierce Idaho Cheer is a wonderful place for cheer classes and their cheer classes are separated by age and level. There are many different classes such as tumbling, flight classes and offer so much more. My daughter truly loves going to Fierce Idaho cheer and I highly recommend it for anyone that has a child with an interest in cheer or just needs to enhance their cheer techniques. We moved our daughter to this gym last season when they opened. Before we moved her, our girl had lost the light inside her over the past couple of seasons for various reasons. Shortly after transitioning her to Fierce Idaho, she has been built back up to who she once had been, and even has progressed past that! We had been with the same cheer gym for almost 12 years and were so sad when our owner/coach retired. We really worried about where we would go to continue to cheer. Fierce Idaho is exactly what the valley needed for competitive all-star cheer!

The coaches are compassionate and fun- they challenge athletes to be their very best in a supportive and uplifting manner.

The teams are competitive and the tumbling classes are productive! Skills are taught with progressions that make it safe and enforces proper technique. The flyer classes include stretching and stunting with people, not just a stunt stand or on equipment- it’s real, practical training!

The athletes, parents, and coaches are all friendly and welcoming- you can tell everyone enjoys being there! It truly feels like a family!

We don’t know where to start but this place has been life changing for our daughter in her love of the sport of cheer.
