Absolutely love this gym. Access to red light therapy, sauna, and massage therapy is my favorite part. All of the staff and instructors are amazing. I 100% recommend this gym. It has everything you need and more. I’ve been to every gym in IF and this is my new favorite!

I wasn’t very pleased when I came in for a tour. The staff member simply told me to walk around on my own instead of giving an actual tour. There are two stair machines that face a wall with nothing to look at—not sure who thought that was a good idea. The group fitness room isn't walled off, which allows pervs to stare in making it uncomfortable and unsafe.

They also don’t offer any kind of free day or trial week to see if the gym is a good fit. On top of that, they never responded to my emails.

As for fitness classes, you have to use social media to find the schedule. It’s only posted on Instagram, and it’s not even listed on their website. Some of us don’t use social media, so something like a class calendar should be easily accessible to the public.

I expected more from a new gym.

I’ve been in many gym’s, big and small. This one was built not to just one type of fitness level but for all, beginners and up! We were able to meet some of the staff and also the management. Braxton the manager is very good to work with and has a passion for fitness. Great job, Fit1 we are super excited to be members here!

Fit 1 is a great gym! The owners and managers are awesome and really care about the place. It’s super nice that it’s open 24/7, so you can go whenever you want. The prices are awesome for what you get included too. The gym also has a friendly, hometown feel that makes you feel comfortable right away. I definitely recommend it!

I’ve been going to the new Fit1 gym in Ammon and I seriously love it!!
The place is super clean, the equipment is all brand new, and it actually feels comfortable to work out there, not crowded or intimidating. The staff is really nice too, which makes such a difference!

I love how open the layout is and how easy it is to get on whatever machine I need. It just has a really good vibe overall, and it’s honestly made me look forward to going to the gym more.

If you’re looking for a place to work out in Ammon, I’d totally recommend Fit1. It’s definitely my new favorite gym!!

Terrible service at Fit1. My key fob STILL doesn’t work, even after they ‘fixed’ it twice. They advertise 24/7 access, but I literally can’t get in unless staff is there. What’s the point of paying for a 24/7 gym if their access system constantly fails?

I’m paying for a service I can’t even use. If they can’t provide reliable entry, they shouldn’t be selling 24/7 memberships. Absolutely not recommended.
