Just signed up today 7.2.25 between 8pm-9pm everything was great, except for the part where I was told that I wouldn't be able to receive a key fob because they had run out, AFTER i payed and signed the contract. Which day? I have no idea because whom ever was helping me wasn't sure, all i was told was "next week". Now I have to sit in my car hoping someone comes in throughout the 4th of july holiday weekend. Wish I was informed prior from signing up that I wouldn't receive a key fob due to shortages. That was I would have avoided the entire inconvenience.

I was able to call again today and inform about the situation. Thankfully they had found some keyfobs, had to drive during my lunch break and I was able to receive one.

I've been going here regulary for about a month now. I really like it here. There is a lot of equipment and sooo many free weights. I haven't been to one yet, although I do plan to, but I love the options of all the classes they offer too! Everyone is very friendly and the gym is always clean. The sauna is my favorite reward after a good work out! Very t y happy to have picked this gym as my new fitness home.

So far my husband and I have really enjoyed Fit1. It is very clean and kept up, the air feels "clean" unlike some other gyms that always feel stuffy. We really enjoy the variety of workout equipment, for cardio, weights, and body weight workouts. We haven't tried a class yet but we've heard the instructors are great! The sauna is an awesome bonus.

Deep Stretch yoga with Ashley is phenomenal. It’s extremely relaxing and helps loosen up my muscles from High Fit and Upbeat Barre. Helps me not feel sore the next day! Sculpt Yoga is fun but definitely more of a workout and an art of balance. Seriously look forward to her classes!

I love everything about Fit1 but out of everything, they have the best employees and the customer service is overall very welcoming and safe. As a woman, it can be hard to feel confident and safe at the gym, but as soon as I told Mason Metcalf about my concerns, he was amazing about making sure that my experience was free from any unwanted and uncomfortable attention.
