I absolutely love coming to Fit Right to workout and do training. I have participated in many of the challenges they have and my husband and I do personal training with Seth. We have loved feeling better mentally, physically, and stronger over the years! I have also been doing their new night classes with Ella that come with
the challenge I am participating in right now. She does such a good job and makes it fun!

Seth has been there to help us through thick and thin, if we live near or far! He always makes time for us when we are in town. I will send him an update on the latest times and events of our athletes-sure enough he will already know because he follows his athletes that close! Power, speed, strength, correct biomechanics, injury prevention, maximizing your sport, and encouragement, Seth does it all!!! Plus we love sportin’ the FitRight gear!!

I started training with Seth one year ago after a health scare. I watched him along with a few other trainers before choosing him. I was impressed with his interaction with his clients and his exactness with movements. Now that I’m his client, I appreciate the time he takes to make sure we are doing things right so I don’t get hurt. When I do t think I can do something, he pushes me to try harder.

Seth also does a 6 week health challenge occasionally. It includes tracking food, tracking macros, and a daily exercise challenge. I’ve done these challenges twice. They are challenging for sure. But, Seth gives modifications for the exercises so there is a way for everyone to participate. I love being able to chat with him and the other participants to help keep me motivated. If you follow the guidelines he sets, everyone e is guaranteed to lose a few pounds, BMI numbers decrease and you will feel so much better (you will be sore though).

About a year ago I was given a month's worth of personal training sessions with Seth as a birthday gift from my sister. It is one of the best gifts I have ever received. I've continued working with FitRight Athletics since. Seth has helped me build strength in all aspects of life. Everything from physical strength to mental strength. He sincerely cares about each individuals overall health.
-bonus... he's funny as all get out and is able to make sessions enjoyable even for people like myself who'd rather have "extra-fries" than exercise.

I’ve been working with Seth at FitRight Athletics for a year now, and it has been a great experience! I am no athlete and I have some physical limitations - Seth understands this and has designed a workout plan that has given me results beyond my expectations. He is patient, but pushes me pretty hard. I just completed his “6-week Challenge” to kick off the new year. I had no idea I had it in me, but the group support was fantastic, and I DID IT! I have worked with FitRight Athletics for several years. I have a chronic back condition and Seth is very knowledgeable about it. He has worked out a plan that strengthens my muscles so that my spine is better supported. I honestly think his expertise is the reason I am able to walk. I feel much stronger and am able to do more. I feel like he really cares about me as a person is interested in helping me be successful. Also, he is very patient with my whining.

Seth is an amazing trainer! He’s always there to believe in you, even when you don’t believe in yourself. He works with you and helps you achieve your goals. Bonus, if you’re an athlete his workshops help you immensely. My daughter ran track and cross country, he worked with her on stamina and agility. It improved her runs.

Fit Right Athletics is amazing! I have hired FitRight athletics periodically through the last several years. I hired them to help me reach some nutrition and personal goals. They taught me to not only how to workout, but how to workout properly, how my body moves, and how to adjust those workouts and improve.
I have learned a TON about nutrition and how to eat properly and get the macros I need. There are no fad diet tricks with them, it comes down to real nutrition with real food and how to actually keep it up. I learned how to eat the right way and still enjoy food and life. Because of following their instructions, I have lost over 30 pounds and am able to teach my kids, while they’re young, about nutrition and fitness as a way of life.
