Best gym ever! There is not a gym on the planet with a better community, everyone is very non judgmental. The workers are always super kind and willing to help with questions, I’ll always be asking for tips on my technique. And the daycare is very useful for kids. I don’t have any yet but when I do I’ll bring them here. Pricing you ask!? Easy. Very well priced😎🫡🫶👌

I extremely enjoy going to the various fitness classes were the instructors are welcoming and informative. The instructors notice if you are new and offer work out accommodations throughout the routines. Not only are the instructors kind but also the other gym goers who attend the classes! This gym is very community based and welcoming!

I am not typically one to post negative reviews, but Freedom Fitness has made it worth the exception. I went to the gym for a few years, while I was an active customer it was a nice place, the issue came when I moved out of the kuna area.

In may of 2024 in attempt to cancel, over a week, I called them a total of eight times with no answer or option to leave a voicemail. Finally, after no communication I went in person to cancel my membership, only to be told I would have to send in an email to Sky. I had a balance due to a recent card change, which I had paid earlier that day, and was one of the requirements for the cancelation.

Sky had confirmed with me via email that my account would be cancelled. 6 months later I noticed they were still charging my card, so I responded to Skys confirmation email, in which she apologized and reprocessed the cancelation. I asked for a refund for time since I have it in writing that my account was cancelled. They stated they had reached out to the payment company, who was unable to find their initial cancellation request and as a result would not issue a refund.

They have failed to process the cancelation as they promised, and have refused to take any accountability or ownership over their own mistake. Based off of some other comments, I'm not the only one who has been burned by their own mistakes during the cancelation process. Stay clear of this company.

I’m super disappointed to have to leave this review.

When I first signed up for Freedom Fitness at the old location I absolutely loved it. The owner and the staff were great and I felt comfortable and excited to work out there. It had a great community feel and I was happy to contribute to a local business. I pictured myself being a member for a long time. They had some ongoing billing issues with over charging me but it was relatively easy to clear up.

When I was seven months pregnant and not using my membership anymore, I called to cancel. I spoke with a nice staff member that offered to put a hold on my membership for my pregnancy instead but I declined and understood from the conversation that one last payment would be taken out and then canceled.

Two months beyond that, I noticed I was still being charged so I called back assuming it was more billing company issues. I was then informed that my membership hadn’t been canceled and I’d need to send an email per policy and then it would be canceled the next month. I even provided proof of the call. No exceptions granted because they “always” tell clients that call to send an email (except in my case I guess) and couldn’t refund the two months I was over billed after canceling. I reached out to the owner and didn’t get a response.

I understand there is a policy in place and it’s there for a reason. I was given bad information from staff when I called about the policy and I’m so disappointed in the customer service and how this was handled. Walking away with a bad taste in my mouth and losing a future returning customer over $60.

I highly recommend Freedom Fitness. I've been training with Shane fairly consistently for 2 years. My strength is significantly improved and I've lost over 50 lbs and still going. Shane is one of a kind! He is a dedicated, knowledgeable, encouraging, results driven, yet caring trainer. He has kept me going even when I wanted to stop. He always asks how I'm doing physically and mentally and always reminds me of how far I've come. His interactions with everyone who walks in that gym are positive. He is truly compassionate about his job and helping people. If you are looking for a gym and/or a trainer, go check out Freedom Fitness!

I was in town for a week for business and needed a gym while I was in Kuna. Freedom fitness was awesome! It’s very clean and had everything I needed to stay in line with my fitness program. Shane was super nice and I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing them with such a short time using the gym. If I lived in the area I could see myself being a member. Thank you!

While I was attending Northwest Lineman college I was looking for a new gym while I was away from home. I was looking at all the nearby gyms and I decided to take a look at Freedom Fitness, what a great decision I made. As soon as I walked in a gentleman named Shane welcomed me at the front door. He informed me all about his gym and all the great classes they have. What an awesome person to have at the front desk. He has the best customer service I have ever seen. He has made his gym a fun and enjoyable environment. I enjoyed going in every day just to talk with him, he shows that he cares about every one of his customers. This gym is awesome, very clean, and has plenty of equipment, and everyone in there is very friendly. It’s never too busy. Shane is there working hard every day making it the best gym there is. I wish I could bring this gym back home with me. So make sure you stop in and get a membership you won't regret it!

I enrolled in training. I have used 5 of 10 sessions purchased at $30 each. I am owed at refund of $150 for training. I did not sign an agreement that stated that a refund would not be issued, however Shane stated that “we never give refunds for training”. I had a less than satisfactory experience training when Shane repeatedly lectured me about sugar intake even after I repeatedly explained that I do not eat processed sugar or processed foods. Literally every time that I trained, Shane asked me if I used coffee creamer to let me know how much sugar was in it. I repeatedly stated that I do not use the typical coffee creamer as I use milk from local dairies in glass jars for coffee. Shane did not make any training plan for me. He promised a routine, but never delivered. Instead, he lectured me about sugar that I do not eat and even asked me if I have diabetes. Clearly, he didn’t listen the first time I tried to explain my diet and had no recollection of any of our previous conversations, possibly not even the training. I have had a horrible experience at this gym.

I am super out of shape but my friend took me as a guest to Freedom Fitness. There are machines to use but we took a class and it was a hard workout. The people were so friendly that I am going back to take a "senior" class that will be easier on my joints. After all, I need to get in shape and this seems a friendly place to do it!

Joining this gym I thought would be so much fun. At first it was until I had to cancel my membership because i was moving away. This gym is almost impossible to cancel your membership. I called the first time and they told me to call tomorrow. The next day I called again and they told me to send them an email. I sent them an email and after days of no response I contacted my friend who was friends with the manager. Immediately the manager called me back saying she would cancel my membership and told me all of the fees would be waved. One month later I was just charged again. Do not join this gym unless you want to be stuck in a nightmare of not being able to cancel. This was ridiculous. Wish me luck that I wont be charged again next month!

I am extremely frustrated with this gym. They list their staffed hours online and on the door and I have come by 3 days now trying to get a membership only for no one to be there. I have come in at different time periods to see if maybe it's just them closing early. I have been constantly disappointed with the fact that the hours of operation do not match up with when people are here. Super disappointing that I cant even join.

I struggled to get inside the door with my baby in her stroller so that I could check out the gym. Neither employee at the front counter offered to help get the door. Once I got in, both the employees continued to carry on their conversation at the counter as I stood there for several minutes. No greeting. No sense of customer service. The place is incredibly small, so it helped that they made my mind up for me by ignoring me.
