I really enjoy this gym and the people who work there! The only thing I would say is there’s this old Asian lady who thinks she owns the gym. She will take or move your bench or equipment if it’s in her way even if you are there first. She’s very annoying and needs to understand we are all members and it’s not her own personal gym (same lady from previous review too)

I have attempted Canceling my Member ship twice now, and last I checked my key didn't work so cancelled right? Nope, I'm still getting charged for a service I cant even take advantage of. Don't activate my key just accept my cancellation and stop taking my money

Thinking about joining, not a fan of the joining fees but overall the gym looks fantastic.

I'm very frustrated with this gym. Its a very nice gym. But when we (me and hubby) tried to cancel when COVID began, they asked that we stay with them instead and so we did, and were charged like $6. Not a big deal. But then my employment took longer to get underfoot so I had to later cancel and was told I couldn't until I sent in the letter of cancellation. So I did and was cancelled. Times got better and I wanted to rejoin, with finances being better and was told had to pay a reinstatement fee. I declined due to finances. Now my husband wants out and I was told that had to follow the cancellation process as before-but it is different. Now you have to fill out the form and wait until someone contacts you. Form was completed and submitted in December. No one has reached out. I'm sent an email each month when money is taken for the month. Its not an easy in and easy out process as you claim.
And your bathrooms are always disgusting.

I love exercising here. I work out sometimes two and three hours a day. The girls are nice. Their storage unit in Payette is really great. I keep two of my toys there.

Maybe a nice gym with β€œno contract” , but the start up price is kind of ridiculous.. my girlfriend and I wanted to start up and get healthy again, which they say they help with and support… at a COST OF $177 A PERSON to start up! Almost $400 dollars to start 2 gym memberships!? I’m sorry, that’s a joke. This is why affordable gyms are so successful in larger areas.. very disappointing

Very friendly staff that does everything they can to accommodate to all individuals that walk through the door. Always greeted when you walk in and say goodbye when you head out. If you are there and don't see staff it because they are keeping the facility at a level of cleanliness that requires constant attention. This is fantastic investment.

Asked for our families account to be suspended due to covid-19 and having immune compromised family members, they still charge me, and not refund my money. They told me if I want to cancel my membership I have to write a handwritten letter and mail it to them or they are going to keep continuing to charge us monthly for two accounts! Are the kidding me?! They have charged us almost $600 and we've never even stepped in their club since covid. I will update this post as to how they handle this situation. As of now it's sounding more like they'd rather get some money out of you than getting a lifetime customer.

Rarely crowded, close to home, good place, needs a water bottle fountain, maybe some treadmills with fans. Expensive compared to the valley, but not much.

It’s a nice gym. But not worth $37 a month. I was told I’d only have to pay $24.99 for the first few months of my membership. Today I noticed they charged me $37.50. I’m not super impressed. The staff is friendly and the equipment is nice. But like I said. Not worth dang near $40. I want my $37 back and I’m gonna have to cancel my membership because I was told one thing and charged another. I’d support the local gyms here in Ontario!

My wife has a membership here and I go with her on occasion, I personally refuse to buy one for 2 reasons. First of all this is not my style of gym, it is mostly set up for the yuppie type of work outs, where you run in before or after work and run, bike, or lift on machines for 30 to 60 minutes. 2nd reason is the owner sits at home watching the extensive video system and threatens the members on gym behavior, fines on their (credit card memberships) to charge them if they don't follow the rules! Rules like setting anything besides their butt on the benches, not wiping down everything in the gym.
God forbid I try and bring in some chalk! Owner would probably loose his mind!
This place is not for me....

A fully satisfied member for over 9 years. I hear(owning a barber shop full of gossip... well not terrible amounts) that the owner can be strict. I stand by his practices and it's nothing extraordinary thus awful. If you're ruining the machines and making other patrons uncomfortable you might get a mentioning and further more a cancellation. If you're disrespectful enough to annoy the long term happy members such as myself I'm glad we have a responding outlet to call for help. This gym is for responsible people with respect for others especially of age. I visit between 8AM and 9AM for the past 5 years and experience nothing but the softest respectful use of there equipment. Their classes seem energetic as any Crossfit gym but I do not partake. Kinda found my own way with cardio/weight training. They honored a fireman who passed away who was an excellent member and human being that I miss dearly which reinforces how I feel about such a business. I miss him and figure I'll be a customer as long as I can.

Former very dissatisfied member. He continues to promote advertisements around the community that he doesnt honor. Despite previous attempts to reconcile this. He, to this day, publically post embellishmentted account history of mine publicly using his social media accounts among other lies. Additionally, based on my experiences that he uses his positions of leadership as a religious leader to exploit church members life situations for financial gain for his gyms.

Love how convenient this gym is. The 24 hour access is absolutely a deal breaker for me with a gym. The people there mind their own business and never seen a cocky or rude person. The facility is clean and staff greets you every time. Love it there!!

I just signed up after recently moving to the area, but so far, so good. The Fruitland facility is the only one I've been to so far, so these comments only apply there. The facility itself is smallish, but very nice and new. The equipment is newer and so far appears to be well maintained aside from a few tears here and there in the bench cushions. The main reason I did withhold the last star was for the lack of a sauna or heat room of any kind. That's pretty basic for a gym these days. But it may simply be a consequence of the size of the gym and that fact that it doesn't even have separate locker rooms for each sex, just a couple shower rooms and a couple unisex bathrooms to change it. All that being said, I'm so far happy with my membership.

If you want to just check the facility out, that is "a brief tour", you have to provide on their computer tablet, confidential personal information such as name, address, DATE OF BIRTH, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS before you have even committed to enter into a business relationship with the facility. This apparently is part of signing some type of release of liability. This just sets you up for identity theft and most likely unwanted future advertising. Who knows who this data will be shared with. NO THANKS. I don't know you that well. In fact I don't know you at all.

I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to lose weight and become a healthier version of yourself! The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. They are there to support you and encourage you through your weight loss journey. You can always ask them for advice about diet, or how to do a certain exercise correctly. You not only get the gym access, but you also get a support system. Even the people who use the gym are awesome, kind people. Also they offer classes and if you are like me, it really helps motivate you when you make friends and all come together to kick some butt! I am greatful for them, because I feel welcome, because when I was extremely overweight, I felt horrible and self conscious and I would have never saw myself in a gym, but when you are here, you will feel welcome.

I would give them no stars if I could. They told me month to month and no contract upon signing up. I went in to cancel my membership after a few months of unsatisfied customer service I wanted to cancel. They then told me I had to write a letter, mail it and then wait 30 days for the cancellation to take place! In the mean time they will still charge my card another month. Suprise to me! This is very dishonest and highly inconvenient way of doing business. This should be specified at sign up that they will find a way to take more money after cancellation.

Average selection of weights and cable machines. Cleanliness is hit and miss but mostly ok. Like most gyms no one is there at 4am when i go. Equipment has been well kept for the two years ive been a member.

Nice big, clean, well equipped gym. They offer great classes and are always stocked on clean towels and sanitizing wipes for the equipment. Haven't had too much of a problem with people not racking their weights which is fantastic. Occasionally we see people not wipe equipment down so we just wipe everything before and after use. I highly recommend this gym!

You can never find out pricing for this gym. I'be called sent emails just to get some sort of price range. Nothing works they always tell me set up an appointment to take a look at the gym and get prices. FYI people some of us work Monday through Friday and have busy schedules kind of the reason for a 24/7 gym where we don't need to schedule it in anywhere.

Beware when you sign up, they don't fully disclose what you are paying. Had to pay $100 fee to start and was given the impression it was refundable, which I was fine with. I wasn't satisfied with them and could not afford another month, after only 1 month of service the 100 fee will not be reimbursed and I am being forced to pay for another month (you have to give them 30 day notice to cancel). Almost $200 down the drain for one month of basic membership. Month-to-month membership is a joke. Overpriced, and lacking customer service. Would have appreciated a better explanation of cancellation policies and an honest description of fees when signing up. Feeling pretty ripped off. Never had this issue with gyms before, especially for one so basic.

It is either too hot or too cold in the building and the air circulation in not that great, it always smells of stale sweat. They have started charging for classes even though when i signed up I was told all classes were free (bootcamp). Most of the class are set at time the most working adults would not be able attened them. They hire teenagers to work there front desk so don't expect to get any information from them, they will have to call the boss and then get back to you. the males of the gym constantly drop weights and make loud noises while doing this and since it is a small space it can be unnerving while doing your own work out.

the good about this gym is that it is usually empty on the weekends, there are lots of TV's, and the equipment is in working order
