I went to Gold's Gym, Twin Falls Idaho to rebuild strength and stability in my body where I've had some injuries. Derek became my personal trainer. He listened intently to understand what help I would need and what areas we needed to start targeting to help me be successful. He is supportive, and each week comes with a prepared plan. I'm very impressed with my outcome so far and would recommend Derek to anyone.

I used the pool in the spa today for the first time I’ve never been in a gold gym before. I have had other gym memberships at other gyms. They generally swim in the summer at the community pools. I’m looking for a place to swim you around. I thoroughly enjoyed my swim and the spa was amazing. My favorite part of this experience was the locker rooms how neat they were how accessible they were how clean they were. It was a great experience and the staff was great. They answered all my questions.

Overall it is a decent gym for the price you pay. Plenty of equipment, but most of it isn’t well maintained. Plenty of amenities offered, but facility is ran down and not well cared for anymore. If they would use the annual fee to actually finish projects (such as the paint and floor which was started over two years ago), the gym would be reaching a lot more of its potential. However, the unfinished projects make the facility feel and look dirty and ran down.

I love Gold's Gym! My favorite thing is classes! , Joni, Kaye, Theresa, Greg, Lorelle and many more make it so enjoyable, fun, and motivating to come and want to get fit and have a stronger body! This place is a scam, they just try to take advantage of their customers just like banks. You sign a year contract and complete the contract they want me to pay for more months outside of the contract. They just try to pull the wool over the consumers eyes. Most horrible business approach and ethics. This is the worst facility of all golds gyms by far. Would not recommend at all. Go to Planet Fitness. They won’t rip you off.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at your establishment. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and when I requested to speak with the manager, she and the staff were laughing as they exited the office to address my concern. I explained the situation to the manager, but the worker denied any wrongdoing and continued to argue with me in front of the manager. I understand misunderstanding happen but the level of unprofessionalalism and inappropriate communication is very disappointing amd due to that I will no long go to golds gym and as I have colleges and frend that move to Southern Idaho I will no longer referre gold gym. I've been going to gold since they opened years ago.

Very disappointed with my experience at this place. I have never seen such a money hungry company. They lack having any empathy towards their customers. They will not let you out of contract under any circumstances. Once you do get a doctor’s note they STILL make you pay $100 fee for not being medically able to workout. As if I don’t already have enough MEDICAL treatment bills. I am exhausted with corporations like this.

4/18, 5:04am: Disappointed with the care/cleanliness of mens bathroom…garbage can overfull spilling onto floor, one of mens urinals is “out of service”, one of the two stalls toilet is broken, full and doesn't flush, and tge handicap accessible toilet door is sagging so badly that the latch doesnt lock and the door stays ajar while “taking care of business”….please, do better.

I wish I would've started using this gym sooner.
Everything is very upkept, clean, and the employees are professional. When a machine is down its fixed almost the very next day. This gym offers so many things to do, which makes it worth every penny.

I want to especially give praise to the two boys who work the closing shifts. (A white boy and a hispanic) Both of them are quick to resolve any question/issue I have , & their demeanor makes them seem to really enjoy their job.

The overall environment by all these factors makes the Twin Falls Golds Gym a 10/10 & highly recommended on my part.
