As a birth worker, I have interacted with many resources for pre- and post-natal pelvic floor health. I was amazed by Hannah's expertise and eye for what was going on with my body, as well as the way she was able to explain and make me aware of it, too. I have been working with Hannah and Ian for a while now and they are just wonderful. I have been making very notable little improvements after years of chronic pain that no other modalities have really helped much. I appreciate the attentive and individualized approach, working on the structures needed for MY body to find alignment. Very easy and open and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to resolve pain or find optimal strength, but you still gotta do the work!

Hannah and Ian have been amazing to work with just a few short months already. Their attention to detail to each specific movement and your personal situation is truly remarkable. I've had trouble over extending other muscles due to having a weak core and Ian has helped me to understand when and how to feel proper core strength to avoid future injuries and provide a stronger foundation for future training.

Hannah and Ian are exceptional health and fitness instructors that supplement their expert-level — but patient-with-the-client — Pilates training with exercises from non-Pilates disciplines. They are worth every penny.
I struggled for the first 45 years of my life to be active and fit. I had neck, shoulder, and back pain that became “life-stopping debilitating” three particular times in about a decade. I had prior experience with Reformer Pilates but had moved away from my studio to an area where studio Pilates was unavailable.
When I found Hannah and Ian during the pandemic, and bought a Reformer for my home, my life changed — no exaggeration. Ian took me “where I was” and just “slowly but surely” encouraged me, taught me, and tapped strength that I never dreamed my body contained.
Less than two years after starting 2-and-then-3-times-a-week sessions, I can do exercises that would have landed me in weeks of physical therapy two years ago.
It really is unbelievable what a true expert who cares about his client can achieve — or, as Ian would insist, help his client to achieve . . . because nobody is bigger fans of their clients than Ian and Hannah.

Hannah and her team are, in short, amazing! I stepped into Pilates after encouragement from a friend. I had met Hannah and Ian online and they seemed like pretty cool people so I decided to try one of their online classes. I am hooked for life. My back has been cranky for years. I practice yoga (2x/week), go to the chiropractor, and receive acupuncture. All to say that my back just kept getting more painful. Our daughter started mat Pilates with Clarity on Zoom and talked me into trying it. I expected nothing wound change, but I committed and kept at it. Three to four classes a week for six months now. I saw results in the pain level after about 4 months and I'm still improving. There's hope! Thank you, Hannah, for your skill, training, and sensitivity.

I did not know that Pilates would have such an enormous impact on my life and body, but it's honestly one of the best things I've ever done for myself! Hanna and her team are such incredible leaders and guides in this modality, and I leave every class feeling like I've done something wonderful for my body. The accountability of live classes seems to be mission-critical for me to actually attend regularly, so it's been wonderful that I can show up with other humans on video for do many classes in a week. The archive of classes and guided workouts is also amazing, if I want to do a pickup-workout on a day when there isn't a live class, or need to take care of a particular piece of my body on any given day. If it were just just the video content, tho, I know I wouldn't have engaged with it as diligently, and wouldn't be seeing the amazing benefits now, almost 9 months later! I HIGHLY recommend the Clarity Pilates team and their excellent guidance and skill. I know my body works be far less functional without them in my life!

I have worked with Hannah for many years, both in person and online. She is an inspiring and cheerful instructor who is very knowledgeable and curious about body mechanics. Clarity Pilates with Hannah.
Hannah is a natural teacher/healer.
She has unique talents : she is always pleasant and smiling but more importantly Hannah is
well prepared; she has the ability to monitor and
adjust to one’s level which is a true sign of
good instructor. She’s very knowledgeable of
body mechanics and innovative. Also her voice Is rich and she speaks slow enough to be understood clearly.
I am 70 year old man who has been doing Pilates for over 15 years. I have had dozens of
Instructors and Hannah one of the best. I try
to stay in shape so that I can continue surfing
and Pilates keeps me toned and flexible.
Finally, I would highly recommend Clarity Pilates

I have signed up for the weekly mat class with Hannah and am really happy with the format. When I can, I participate in the live class and follow it up by doing the recorded class an additional 2-3 times per week. Previously having only attended live fitness classes, I was skeptical about how often I would actually do the recorded session on my own. But now that I have experienced it, I am a convert to this format. The repeats allow me to get more comfortable with the various exercises and I feel that my technique (and thus results) improve each time. And, of course, being able to exercise on my own schedule is just an added bonus. I was also a bit hesitant about signing up and paying for class when I knew I couldn’t attend the live class. But again, now that I have done it, I find that the benefits of the recordings, which include demos of each exercise and Hannah’s clear communication about technique, really work for me. The added convenience of having this available to me on my schedule is a huge advantage.
