HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.
Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise– what we like to call “3D Training”– and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available!

This place has a terrible management. I have the hardest time getting in to the place there code. When I first signed up, I was told I would get some freebies for creating a membership, and it took them over a month to get the promotional deals. And as I’m trying to cancel my membership, it’s taking over a month to get someone to help me do my cancellation!

Been going just over a year and love the flexibility of working out on my schedule, the variety of workouts and the shorter workouts, there is never enough time in the day so getting in and out with a great workout is important. I definitely feel the changes in my body with consistent workouts.

Highly recommend, our son in law lost 80 lbs using hotworx. My wife and i are in our second year, and find it an excellent way to start our day and maintain core strength. Virtually anyone can do this, it is not necessarily for the athletically gifted, although there are some uber challenging sessions that can challenge those who are more athletic.

Love my Hotworx in Eagle! Facility is always clean, towels are folded and available. I bring my own water, but once I didn't have it and I asked for one and - no problem! I can do a variety of work-outs morning, noon and night or anything in between, and I have! Great value to me and maybe you?

My husband and I started going to Hotworx several weeks ago. We absolutely love the structure and flexibility of their workouts. The 24 hour access really caters to our schedules and we are feeling amazing. We have been recommending Hotworx to many of our friends and patients and absolutely give them 5 stars. The owners are very friendly and we also appreciate the cleanliness. Generally, we try to stray away from franchise businesses but this really feels like a family community.

I absolutely love Hotworx!! It is such an incredible workout for the entire body, anytime of the day! I've been to a number of different Hotworx locations for workouts when I travel, and this location is by far the best I've experienced...the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the location is easy to access and very clean and there is also lots of room in the common areas to store your personal items. I love coming to Hotworx Eagle for a great all-body toning workout in a wonderful location with great staff!
