First of all, the workouts are both extremely therapeutic and effective for developing a powerful and effective fitness regimen. The infrared sauna accelerates fat loss and detox, and decreases pain and inflammation. The workouts enable you to build strong, lean muscle for lifelong fitness that supports healthy bones, blood flow, healthy brain and nervous system, the list goes on. I’m a personal trainer, instructor, nutrition and wellness coach and also bikini/bodybuilding competitor and I can’t say enough about what a gold mine you’ve found in HotWorx. As a trainer, I can tell you that the 24/7 anytime-you-can-make-it model REALLY helps people get and stay more consistent.

The staff is super friendly, consistently goes above and beyond, and genuinely fosters a sweet atmosphere. It was clean and, compared to other HotWorx facilities—which are all good but not all equal—they have lots of little things that others don’t, like little hand towels, a shower with a mat (never realized what a difference this make till I went to facilities without one lol), little soaps in case you forgot yours, plenty of little spots to put your things down (also something I once took for granted at gyms and fitness clubs). It was also super clean. I’m really grateful for Danny and Emmy who made it so easy for me to get my workouts in while traveling. If you’re searching for a good location to join in the area, this is a great and reliable one. My advice: Go. Go often. Don’t be intimidated by the heat, your body will love it more than you may know. Xoxo

Enjoyed going here but unfortunatly will not return. When I signed up I was told freezing the account would cost $1 per month. I needed to freeze my account for 9 months due to finding out I'm pregnant and so I was medically told that I can not use a sauna for 9 months. I called to freeze for the 9 months and was told it would cost $10 per month versus the $1 I was originally told. I then asked to just cancel and I would come back after but was then told I have to have a 60 day notice, which I knew about but seeing as I can medically not use the facility nor could have planning my pregnancy 60 days out how is this fair? I then asked for just freeze for 2 months so then by the 60 days it cancels so I am not wasting $120, but was told that was not possible. It is stealing money for a service I can not safely use. For anything medically related this is a concern that there is not a stipulation for canceling as it can not be planned in advance and it would require a lengthy freeze that I have no control over.

I had my trepidations about attending anything hard worx but I decided to go and do the class with my fiancee. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised and now regularly use it for my cardio sessions after the gym and stretch. I've also done a couple of their ISO classes and band classes and they are excellent overall workouts. When I'm short on time they have a small gym area with cable machines and free weights. The dumbbells only go up to about 60 lb but there is plenty there to have an excellent strength training workout also.

I want to start off saying that Danny is very personable, informative and approachable. I went in on 9/10/24 to learn about the gym, I ended up signing up that day. Everyone is amazing just the communication is what drove me to want to cancel after only 3 days. I wish things would've ended differently.

I've been in love with this place since the moment it opened! Such unique, challenging, and regenerative workouts. I always leave feeling stronger as well as relaxed and detoxed. I loooove the sweat, especially in the colder months, and the 24/7 access is a no-brainer for a night owl like me. The membership price is incredibly affordable, especially compared to other specialty gyms, and the offer a variety of workouts throughout the day plus the gym area to still work on strength training and traditional weighted workouts. I can't thank Danny enough for getting me signed up for this awesome place. It brought me out of a pretty hopeless rut. With a recent knee replacement that didn't go so well, and heading into the dreadful winter, I was packing on the pounds and felt like I was never going to get my body back. A few months in, I felt so much more active, flexible, and ready to take on the spring and summer months! I continue to go twice a week and I look forward to every session. There's something for everyone! Hot Blast is my favorite cardio sesh, the hot buns and barre not are the best lower body workouts. They really get you sweating and are just the right toughness to challenge you and get you feeling stronger in no time, not to mention, all the detoxing and health benefits I'm getting just from the infrared heat. In between sessions, I use their free weights in the back gym room to work on my arms. It's felt so good on my sore hips, knees, and ankles. I'm hopeful I'll get back to feeling my best and hitting my fitness goals in no time. Plus, I know I'm doing something great for my mind, body AND soul <3

This is the best work out environment I've ever experienced. I finally can focus on my form and modifications, instead of feeling the need to keep up with a room of people. I love the ease of booking online, and not worrying about a room being taken. The manager at this location is also fantastic to work with. I've had some medical problems and they have been so understanding with my contract during it. Truly a great company!

The place is nice and very clean which was a big factor for me. Keep in mind once you are a member they force you to buy their towels as you can only use those one's in the facility. The owner, Danny, put me on a "free trial" for a month and then proceeded to charge me with a $99 cancellation fee when I told him it was not for me. Most calories burnt came from water weight and you gain those back as you hydrate. Would not recommend this to anyone.

If I said I loved it here, it would be an understatement. Being a busy mom and business owner, I need a flexible place to workout. But in all rawness, I hate going to regular gyms for lack of personal self confidence. I used to be a major athlete and in the military, I was much more fit than I am now. I have had injuries that make it hard for me to workout and to recover. Coming to Hotworx in Meridian has helped a ton. My recovery isn't harsh, my skin has gotten better, the workouts are perfect for my pace, and lord, the Privacy! I love the 3 people per sauna, most of the time there is only me in there and maybe one other person. I feel much more focused and less self conscious.

In addition to all of that, the owners, Pam and Dan and the GM, Danny are incredible. 3 people who genuinely want the benefits of Hotworx, to help people. That is their mission. For me, not only have they accomplished this, but exceeded it. Their openness and willingness to teach, share information about the benefits, and overall education of the infrared saunas is incredible. I am grateful to have found this location, this community and these owners, including Danny the GM who you see there often, are an absolute pleasure to work with and learn from.
