I just signed up for Hotworkx and I’m already loving it! Hotworx Ten Mile is the BEST!! Every time I come in everyone is so nice and greets you with a smile! Macie is always so sweet and chats with you! It’s always clean and organized. The bathrooms as well! Doing workouts in a sauna is my favorite way to workout and sweat it all out! All the benefits from it are amazing!

I love going into this location. The staff is amazing and sense Cayden started the location has never been as clean as it is now. Cayden always is kind and very helpful and brightens up the location. I highly recommend giving them a try and meeting her. The workouts are on point and you feel amazing after!

I love the 10 mile location and specifically enjoy speaking with Cayden. Shes always proffesional, educational, supportive, and joyful to speak with. You can tell she loves what she does and really wants you to succeed with your goals. It also appears that the facility is much cleaner when she's working. There have been times in the past where I had to go grab the vacuum and use it in the sauna before my workout.
Over all, I give this location 5 stars, and Cayden 5 stars.

This facility has been pulling money out of our account for a second time for months after we canceled our membership and they refunded us showing that they were at fault but now they are refusing to refund us this time around because they screwed up on their end and then told us to prove that we canceled it, excuse me how about the refunds you already gave us the first for the cancellation isn't that proof enough. The manger we spoke to needs to take accountability for their screw up.

This location took 240$ plus from me after verbally agreeing cancelation with me via phone call with the manager. Please make sure you read what you are signing up for and be sure to check your bank accounts after I was charged for months and refused a reimbursement. This happened twice the first time they sent my money back when I called at that time I canceled and was done with them 6 months later I’m still being charged.

Started out great and all were friendly, until we tried to cancel due to medical complications. Took us months while they continued to charge. We sent emails in writing and we even sent a certified letter than went unanswered. Finally found someone working the front phone willing to cancel our membership in October after 5 months of trying, but have had zero success getting them to refund 3 out of the 5 months. Yes, I was nice and asked for only 3 months be refunded since they had a change of ownership in July. Now it is December and we are still trying to get a response to our refund. Tired of being told it was the old company or I didn't work there then. Poor ongoing customer service!! Tried to be patient, but being ignored for almost 7 months is enough!
Update: the owners NEVER reached out! The “new” manager that was supposedly going to look into getting us our refund and was responding through email…disappeared into the night and just quit responding like all the others before him (yes, we have it all in writing)! So unprofessional…I guess they just wait it out until people realize after almost a year, that they have better things to do with their time than to chase down money that was stolen from them. Good luck to this location…karma does exist!!
Update #2: wow…what a first response from the owner after almost a year and a blatant lie!!! I started pain in April 2024 as the heat was over stretching my ligaments, so it was a medical cancellation ….notified location to cancel and nothing. Put in writing in June since in person didn’t work, again nothing and you kept charging! Contacted in July, again in writing, and nothing! Wrote a certified letter the beginning of September, and no response and once again you took the payment out!! I finally spoke to someone on the phone in October who I had also spoken to in August (she remembered talking to me) and she apologized and she was the one who said the store had changed owners in July and that at least she would prevent us from anymore future charges, but she had to contact you about a reimbursement! We discussed that we cancelled in April, so we should have been released in June!!!! Oh, did I mention when we signed up we were supposed to be a corporate account and she discovered we weren’t and we had been signed up as individual memberships! When we signed up as the corporate, we were told it could be canceled at any time and the 60 day rule didn’t apply. The only reason we agreed and signed up multiple employees in case somebody left. And you had no problem charging the business account! So, when I spoke to the employee in October, I was nice and told her I understood the changes in ownership and if you could at least reimburse July/Aug/Sept…I would let the other months go! She had a supervisor (who I found out was new) reach out to me and he asked me to re-explain everything and provide documentation of the original emails and certified letter, which I did. He said he would contact those in charge and get back to me. That is when the communication turned into crickets once again. I have emailed a couple times since which I have proof of and zero response. So, please don’t make it sound like you were the “nice” guys in this and waived the 60 days. I have spent hours communicating and chasing this down since last April and received zero compensation back, but you guys made 5 months dues on 5 people illegally or at least unethically since you continued to charge and blatantly ignore the cancellation!!! Please know your facts before sending a misleading lie of a response!!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Customer service is atrocious and employees are very rude. The employee that signed us up added on extra items without telling us or giving us a receipt and led us to believe the items were included in the membership. Tried canceling 10 days after because we felt off about the transaction due to the dishonesty and are being told we cannot return the items and we must pay for 3 months of the membership. They have essentially stolen $600 from myself and my friend and refuse to acknowledge it or reconcile it. Very disappointed.

As someone with multiple herniated/bulging discs in my neck and lower back, the infrared heat really allows me to push myself unlike any other traditional workout setting. They offer great variety in workouts and you can decide how hard or easy you want to take each workout.

I originally joined Hotworx after kicking and screaming through my first 5 or 6 workouts. I kept returning because my wife enjoyed it and I enjoy spending time with my wife.

I love HOTWORX as soon as I found out that this was coming to the treasure Valley. I had to sign up. I have been going to the Eagle Location And just started coming to the Meridian location and absolutely love it all the extra weights and everything they have in the waiting area and the vibe. I love Hotworx! I’ve never been much of an exerciser and I hate the gym atmosphere, but as I get older I realize how important strength and balance is. I started doing yoga classes but struggled as a beginner in the group atmosphere. One of my friends suggested Hotworx and I’ve been hooked since! I love that I can workout in private and that the instructors show variations in poses depending on your level. It’s been fun to progress from beginning poses to advanced poses in the past 10 months and be able to see my strength and flexibility grow. I now love working out and I never thought I would be that person! Also, there have been several different staff members at this location since I’ve started and every single one of them have been amazing and helpful. When I’m working out in the FX zone they’ve been super informative about lifting free weights and have also answered questions about nutrition (Ray and Erin, thank you!!!!!!). The bathrooms are also clean and stocked with toiletry items if you need to shower after your workout. Thank you Hotworx! 💪

I've been to all of the valley locations and the Ten Mile location is by far the cleanest, most maintained and friendliest. They also have the most operations for workout gear and equipment. Since starting hotworx I have lost 20+ lbs and feel better than I ever have. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!! Love the 45 minute classes, but the 15 minute classes are so awesome in a work day when I don’t have much time. The environment is amazing and the staff are extremely personable! I have struggled with a lot of joint pain for the past decade. I started going to HOTWORX 3 months ago. Traditionally, I have been a weights guy at the gym but this workout has provided more benefit than anything else I have tried. I am slimmer, more flexible, sleeping better, and just overall feel better. The infrared energy is the real deal! Highly recommend checking out HOTWORX.
