The gym has been well-kept and convenient. Even when it’s really busy, there are plenty of machines and separate spaces so it doesn’t feel busy. I love being able to bring a guest each time so I don’t have to go alone! Great gym!

This place works so good for me because it's so close and I work 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift.
since they are open 24/7 I can go there whenever I want and full membership includes free tanning booth and red light therapy. Staffed during the day they take great care and cleaning all of the equipment but all the members that I've met really take care of disinfecting the machines they use when they are finished. they have microfiber cloth dispensers with disinfectant spray bottles. Great locker rooms with available lockers of course and showers. All in all the places a very positive experience

Worst customer service I've seen in quite some time from a business. Asked for a refund after canceling as I had 4 surgeries that preventing me from using them gym and they declined. I thought I would be able to get to the gym but kept needing surgeries so finally cancelled. So, basically, this business accepted payment from me when I couldn't use the gym and now declined the refund. They are keeping money for someone who couldn't use the service and they provided their customer nothing. I could see this if I was lazy and didn't go for that reason but this is medical. I tried explaining this and some girl there accused me of harassment. LMAO! I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere as they don't have the customer in mind here. I was thinking I would go back once in healed, but after this, no way.

If you call the number and press "7" for this location, an auto message says that no one is available at this location and then it hangs up. Which is pretty accurate because when you go up to the doors anytime before 2:00 p.m., apparently no one wants to be there to work. Owner is a joke. Tries to pass blame instead of admitting fault and trying to remedy the situation.

AMAZING customer service!! I lost my wedding ring on Sunday 10/21 in the Caldwell Club. First thing Monday, I called the club and Andrea (the club manager) answered. I asked for the cameras to be checked. After she combed through hours of footage, she found the woman who took my ring. She contacted her and asked for my ring to be returned to the gym by 7pm and explained she was on camera. I now have my wedding ring back! Andrea went not only the extra mile for me, but made me feel confident she was going to do everything she could to help locate my ring. Her customer service was phenomenal and I am so grateful for her help. I have been a member for years. My husband and I love the facility and the staff. This is just the icing on the cake to show how phenomenal this place truly is. THANK YOU, Andrea & the Caldwell Club!

I love this gym. It is so clean. The staff are continually vacuuming, wiping down the equipment, ...Today I noticed a staff person wiping the legs of a chair. It has a nice variety of equipment and is not crowded.

Nice gym and the staff takes great care to keep everything clean which is wonderful. My only "complaint" is the locker room is very small with no changing room and machines tend to stay broken a long time.

They need to keep the gym cooler though, it always feels warm and stuffy especially with warmer weather 😫 it's kept too hot!! More often than not the fan isn't on in the exercise room.

Writing this review here because this the main location I go to, but I’ve been to 2 other locations as well. Here’s the deal, for a “cheap” gym, this place is great. Plenty of space, less crowds, machines & equipment is great when it’s not broken down. 3/3 stars for the gym itself.

0/2 Stars for the fact that they only staff this gym from 11-7. Fun fact, many people workout before 11am. As a result, any issues at the gym are never resolved. You also can’t bring a guest unless staff is there. And the bathrooms and shower areas are rarely, if ever, cleaned.

Example: Today I walk into the men’s bathroom and water is coming over the edge of the toilet onto the floor. It’s 8am and there’s no staff on site. So I turn the water off at the toilet to stop the water. Probably won’t get fixed until 11am when staff shows up, so I sent a message through the app to alert them. Guess we will see what happens!

I mean it’s my my local guys it’s not a huge one albeit has pretty much core everything you’ll need. does tend to get busy at times but I think most people will be able to find a time they’ll be able to come in and get a good workout and also the staff in my experience is A1 and friendly. Overall I fell I don’t need to go to the big gyms yet when I’m so comfortable here!

This place SMACKS! I come in for a quick pump n dump damn near everyday. This is my second home (& not because of the countless hours spent here lol)

Low cost? 24hrs? The cleanest gyms in Idaho? Awesome staff? They’ve got it all.

Aside having a limited number of equipment compared to bigger gyms, IFF packs a punch for what you get.

I joined when I lived close by and it was a good gym. However I've called several times to cancel my membership due to moving, no answer, no call back when I left a message. Now, after a couple months of this they charged the $130 yearly fee. I'll have to dispute the charge with the bank and cancel that way. Go with someone with a little more integrity.

I just started working out here recently, I have to say that it's a nice facility and all of the equipment is well maintained and the cleanliness is excellent as well. I'm not trying to sell this place, everyone I'm sure has their own opinions of course but I honestly look forward to working out here for a long time. The environment also is a non judgemental, you can go in there and do your workout without feeling as if the world has its eye's on you. Price is fair at least when I signed up so they say, I just happened to sign up on the "last day" of a special deal that was going on. I'd recommend this gym to others.

It's an ok place to work out. The price is good, but I wish they had staff there all day time hours at least. After not being in a gym setting for years there are several things I feel I could use instruction on, but havent yet because I'm nervous about using improperly and the most convenient hours for me to go are unstaffed. Also, it's good you're able to use the group fitness room when a class is not being held, but if it is, theres no where else to really do anything without taking up space or possibly being in someones way in the weight room. And, only certain things are allowed in the yoga room, plus, a lot of the equipment like jump ropes etc are in the fitness room. Also, it would be nice if some of their staff was actually trained instructors. I guess, that's what you get for the price.

I really am enjoying this gym.. the only thing that is really odd is there are no STRAIGHT barbells, all of them are curved/wavy which are great for curls and things like that, but coming from a few people and myself who actually like to do hip thrusts and lunges-and traditional leg workouts, these are really uncomfortable and awkward to use. Ive never seen a gym that doesn’t have a straight set before this.

Annie Simmons is the best instructor at this location!!!! She provides the perfect combination of interval training, cardio, and weights for what most people would pay hundreds a month for! The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly. I love this gym!
