Hidden fees....for a year have paid $25 a month now it's increased to 29.25 but the membership charge is still 25. The rest 20% are all extra fees. So disappointing.

The facility doors are consistently broke and for the last 2 months the doors have had to be propped open to let people in. TVs have been broke or off for weeks on end it feels like no one is managing the facility.

Update:
And the new fees that everyone is being charged is being explained as credit card use charge fees that no one has paid in over 2 years of membership. Hence they are new fees. and this still doesn't explain the 29.25 charge.

Great gym, but why does it keep being closed on Monday mornings? This is the 3rd time now. Head there at 5am. Closed. Have to turn back home. But says 24 hours. 😖

I was in the area on vacation and bought a membership here temporarily at the recommendation of my niece. I was impressed! Great equipment, with everything in excellent shape. Really my kudos go to the staff. They are so dedicated to keeping the place super clean, which can really make or break a gym. It’s refreshing to see people care about the place where they work to this degree. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good gym!

My family’s been coming here for years, and we’ve seen plenty of changes. The new equipment is great, but the biggest upgrade has been the staff, especially Kat and Mary. I usually keep to myself during workouts with earbuds in and head down, but I always notice them hustling: cleaning equipment, keeping the space tidy, and genuinely engaging with regulars. It’s obvious they care about this place and the people in it, and that kind of dedication is rare. Just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Hope their efforts are recognized and rewarded.

I love coming to this club. New and well kept equipment/facility, good arrangement of equipment for your workout style, and the girls in the front actually seem like they enjoy each other and their job. I’m happy I moved closed to this club.

I have been a member since they first opened in 2019. Starting November my membership more than doubled because the company no longer is keeping the grandfathered members pricing because they decided on price standardization for all memberships. They are now like any other gym in pricing except with way less amenities.

Kat did a great job signing me up for a membership. She was friendly and efficient. The gym is clean and has a pretty good amount of machines! I love the rowing machine(full body workout).

Ever since they've expanded, the gym seems to have been neglected. Have made some requests for new equipment, with no response from higher ups. I don't like the direction it's going. I think that the managers, Avery and Lauren, are wonderful and attentive! They keep a nice, clean gym during busy hours!

We have loved coming here for the past 3 years. The equipment has been maintained well, and if down, was repaired immediately. However over the course of the past few months the ab/back machine and pec machines have been down for a few months. Is it possible to get an update of the status?

The everest location is my favorite out of all the IFF locations. I have the multi-gym membership but always end up at everest. It is clean, the staff is excellent and the environment is great. My only input- a hack squat machine or a lying leg curl (at this location) would be dope.

Clean gym. I have been to dozens of gyms over the course of two decades and this gym is unique in the peak hours. This gym gets busy when other gyms are dead, and during rush hour times, is fairly unoccupied. For example, 10 or 11pm the place is packed, 5 in the evening it's dead. This is because of the location, it's in a residential area so all these highschool kids living at their parents come there late at night. Which is the only downside, the crowd. Every gym has them, but be prepared to observe 100 lb highschoolers flexing their skeleton abs and 11 inch biceps in the mirror while sitting on equipment they are doing one set an hour on. Aside that the gym is good, other locations I've been to are good as well. Everything I look for in a 24 hour gym.

Gym is alright. None of the treadmills work, and if they don't have a out of order sign don't expect them to handle more than a 9min mile, any pace faster and they shut down.
Also the showers are in plain view of the doorway, genius floorplan.

Good gym. Staff is amazing. Only downside is it is very very packed. Not just this gym, but literally every gym in the area. So many people moving here, and no new gyms have opened in awhile. We really need more fitness options out here.

Clean gym and awesome staff. However the owners seem to not care about their members, they overbook causing over crowding. The gym off of chinden is always packed. Majority of the machines are unavailable to use due to how many people are there. And parking can be a huge issue some nights.

The staff is always cleaning and making sure weights are put away. Eric is very nice and always greets my husband and I when we come in. If we don’t see him a at the front he always makes a point to say hi druring our workout!

The gym is clean and well maintained. I like to go after I get off work around 6pm and it’s busy, but I’ve never felt crowed or had to wait for a machine. I like that they let members try out the fitness classes before upgrading to a premium membership. I’m picky about fitness classes so I was glad I had the opportunity to try a few different ones before paying the higher price.

The gym is fine. In fact, I'd probably really enjoy working out here, however, it's 9 pm and there are still too many people here. When is a person supposed to get a workout in? Don't know how anyone could enjoy going to any gym. I'm glad I'll be able to get my home gym equipment out of storage soon.

It's a small express gym. It's nice and clean, and the 24 access is great. Two things I didn't like: there is only a single shower, and it opens to the rest of the locker room, and you even have line of sight into the cardio area from the shower when the door opens. Also, there's a good six parking spaces available, and at peak times parking overtakes every business on the street and floods into the neighborhood next door, disrupting traffic.

I am a college student that is home for the summer and this place is perfect for me. The gym is always incredibly clean and not very crowded. It is also open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so I can workout when ever I want to. I have access to all the machines I want whenever I want. The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is because it's smaller and the machines don't go very high in weight. I would definitely recommend the place because it doesn't cost much and gives you everything you need.

I just started at this gym not to long ago. I'm am a student only here for the summer so I was looking for something close to home, no contract and 24 hours; this gym hit all the key points. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because I max out most of the machines and wish they went up more in weight. Other then that very clean, affordable gym with very respectful staff.
