Only reason I didn’t give this gym 5 stars is because there’s no hand washing station or hand sanitizer around the facility. I’ve worked out at 3 other locations over the years and they all had a way to wash hands without going into the bathroom when it’s time to leave. Can you please install hand sanitizer or a hand washing station?

Love the dry sauna so much so that’s what keeps me going to this location.

Great facility! Good variety of cable machines. Tons of free weights and racks galore. The sauna in the men's lockerroom is spa like. Beautiful light wood, glass door, clean, and good heat. The showers are the only draw back. Theirs only 2 showers and the heat is good on them, but the water pressure leaves more to be desired.

Received a mailer to create an account for when the future gym was to open, apparently had to give them my CC. Never used my account there and they've been charging me even the whole time! BEWARE! Just another typical gym that just cares about their bottom dollar and from the other reviews about broken equipment and fobs, they're barely doing that.

Not my favorite location. This spot just opened and there are already machines broken down. Layout was odd. Didn't get to see the whole thing though.

I love the gyms in the area. Some are a bit dingy and need some updating and other's are top notch. The new location of IFF here off Eagle and Chinden is top notch.

The crew there are constantly cleaning and moving about. They have a solid cleaning schedule that seems to be working as the place is immaculate, for the most part. If the clientele was a bit more human and cleaned up after themselves, we'd all be good. I guess they have maid service at home, I don't know.
Jordan, Quincy and Sabrina are just the friendliest people in the business. Always greeting you on the way in and a goodbye on the way out (although most people just don't respond or acknowledge each other nowadays, ugh).

I was going over the reviews before posting ours to make sure I was on par with other's and I have to say, two reviews got my attention. Really, you want different music playing? Comon' !! Do like everyone else and put some BT's in your ear canals and move on. The music is not very loud at all, especially if you move around, so move to a different machine. The other one was a person complaining about not having access to this club. Ahhh, what's your home club location? Did you pay extra to have all club access (access to all the other IFF location) ? I guess not. You really need to know what you have and research before just blatantly assuming you are right.

With that off my chest, this locations cleanliness is amazing. The staff is top tier and the equipment is sometimes so new that the tolerances in some of the machines are so tight, that I feel weaker here lol.

Keep up the great work at this location as it is now our favorite !!! Jordan, Quincy and Sabrina, you all three rock ! (Paramount is a close second with it's second story).

I've been coming to IFF off and on for many years. I have always really loved the setup, staff, and cleanliness of the gym. And to boot, it really seems to bring in the best of clientele.

Yesterday my headphones and lifting straps were left at the new Eagle/Chinden location. I honestly didn't even stress. I came back in today and they were sitting right there... right where I left them.

Also, the cleanliness is unmatched and I believe it's due to something that we don't even realize. There are towel and sanitizer stations throughout the gyms. While it's not our "responsibility" to clean the gym, everyone does their part to make sure what they use is clean. It just makes it easier on everyone. Seriously, thank you IFF for giving us such an amazing place to workout.

I love this gym. My favorite part is honestly, Jordan. Every time I am here he is cleaning. Whether it be the bathrooms, taking care of laundry, taking out garbages, vacuuming the floors or even cleaning and wiping down the equipment. I love a good spread out gym, but I love a clean one even more. Jordan is a very hard worker, they all are. I never see any of them sitting around, they are always busy. Best gym I’ve been to so far. Thank you guys for all the hard work you do, big shout out to Jordan, you deserve a raise! ☺️

Great Gym, but for the love of God get the music figured out!!

No one wants to listen to "we've only just begun" when trying to get through a leg day. Please fix this. Gym music is important.

I'm just getting back to the gym after my kids have been kicking my butt this summer. I'm actually impressed by how clean the place is, from the equipment to the locker room. It's a great "go at your own pace" setting. Other clients are friendly, staff is friendly. I go before work a few days a week. Amazing gym!

Checked out this gym on the grand opening. Awesome gym, the locker room with the showers and light mirrors are great, there plenty of equipment including 6! squat racks and plenty of cardio. The interior looks amazing, can't wait to keep going here.
