So far, I really liked the place. They just added some new equipment and I can go to any location at any time. They keep their places real clean too.

The gym was good but shortly after joining they changed the check in method to an app that requires gps location.
They're was nothing wrong with the check in bar code I had and I don't see the reason why the gym needs my location other than to sell it.
I wish I could put this review on the business as a whole as it isn't this locations fault.

Love this gym! It is similar to the Eagle/Chinen location except for one thing. I workout early in the morning and the lights are sooooo bright, idk if they could hit a switch or two off to dim it a little like the other location but besides that, the bathrooms are clean and the variety of machines are great!

I like the proximity of the gym to my house.
I wish they has a second red light therapy room and that members would stay off their phones when using the equipment.

My first time today and I was relieved that the music was low and not rock or banging. There were people but plenty of space and things to do. I had a stroke a few years ago, and noise, especially loud background noise is very hard on the nervous system. With plenty of space and no crowding that makes it easier for me to focus on what I am trying to do. I am not sure where the front desk person was, but over all the gym is clean, the machinery is new and simple - without all the bells and whistles that you really don't use anyway. I felt comfortable, and that I could come every day, if my body will let me. There were plenty of older people there, and zero gym rats or people trying to prove something. I enjoyed my workout, and I am grateful I took the chance on it and signed up for a membership.

This dude got right up in my face TWICE trying to literally fight me just because I got on “his” cable machine that nobody was on and when I tried to work in, that apparently warranted a fist fight & his insecurities to come out.
Even though they were already using 1 of the only 2 cable machines when I walked up, he got upset because they were using both machines apparently and I had absolutely no right to work in.

Him and his wife (mostly him) immediately got in my face over it as I pulled out my headphones and the dude was trying to legit fight me as I put my headphones back in & tried to ignore him and start my lift, but his wife was between us and drug him away;
then he tried to do it again as I was walking out the front doors leaving to my car and his wife drug him away a second time.

Craziest thing I’ve ever had happened @ the gym in my 12 years of lifting - bro u don’t own the equipment, careful using this dudes machines when he’s not on it.

But on the plus side, there was a kid nearby that watched the entire thing and I ended up offering him a job after laughing about the situation.
So actually a big thank you to this aggressive stranger, bc now I have a new employee.

Probably switching back to my old gym tho cus this stuff never occurred when I was there for 11+ years; even with the real lifters 😀
This isn’t on the employees whatsoever, the gym is just fine, clean, and it was convenient & had fair equipment.
I just wanted the public to be aware of this dude if they’re contemplating a membership!

New treadmills are hard to use and when we went there were a bunch of fitness influencers recording and other cringe stuff.

I absolutely love the new Idaho Fitness Factory on victory and Eagle. All the equipment is well-maintained and feels like it’s all new. Me and my buddies feel like there is an ample amount of space for everybody to do their workouts.

The environment is amazing, giving every person and equal amount of resources to do what they came to do . I also love that. It’s right next to a Starbucks and a black rock for before or afterwards.

I fell like the parking was pretty good and that it wasn’t too busy. Sometimes these new gyms that open up have an infle of people causing me to not be able to get the equipment that I need to do my work out, but that is not the case here.

Overall, I’m really excited that this Gym opened up and gives me hope for the one that it’s opening up on McMillan and Eagle as well that it will be just as good If not better!! 💪🏼🏋️‍♂️🎧

Wide variety of equipment to use to hit each muscle group a little differently. I was worried the gym would be too busy when I saw the parking lot full of cars BUT looks can be deceiving, great open space with lots of machines to use.

Having a gym .2 miles from my house is amazing.

Best gym around. Needs probably 3 more locations within a couple miles to cut back on the crowd, but it's not IFF's fault if the whole metro area knows this is the best gym and decides to come here.
