This gym was fine when I was attending (briefly while the gym at my workplace was being renovated). I canceled my membership in November and was charged again in December. The gym proactively contacted me in December about the error and called me in to collect a cash refund. I started getting charged again out of nowhere in April and just realized it in June. I'm giving 2 stars because they have corrected their mistake before and I"m hopeful they will do it again.
EDIT - I'm bumping it up to 3 stars because when I finally came in and caught someone, they were very apologetic and refunded and canceled me immediately. They explained there was a previous employee who was just putting people on 3 month pauses instead of canceling outright. Anyway, I feel like they took the issue seriously and they aren't out to scam people.

Tried canceling my membership. They wouldn't let me. Gives you a story about waiting until your sign up year is over. Once you fill out your paperwork, you think that would be the end of the charges. The charges that changed, that were more than on sign up paperwork. And now trying to contact them to get money back. Have been hung up on, managers or employees don't call back as they say they will. There was always something wrong with equipment every time I was able to work out. I was made to pay for 7 months of not receiving services rendered.

Loved this gym until we had to move. We went to cancel our membership and pay a $40 cancellation fee. This is fine except for the fact that just a month later I see the regular monthly fee come out of my bank account. I called the gym and not only did no one answer, their answering machine was full!

This gym was the old Planet Fitness and has tons of room and the best thing is you don’t have to wait to use a machine. Great staff and very friendly.

I have gone to this location on MULTIPLE occasions during the "staffed hours" all on differing days and on different times. There has yet to be any staff there at these time and the door is locked at all hours, since you must be a member to enter. I have also called each time and there is no answer as well as the voicemail does not allow you to leave a message. ???? Doesn't make any sense.
Wish planet fitness never left this location, it is the perfect gym 😔
