Absolutely love this gym! I’ve been a member at Jriven for almost 7 years, and it’s truly changed my life. Through functional training, I’ve built strength, mobility, and stamina — and those improvements have carried over into every part of my life. I have been going to Jriven for about 3 weeks now, 2-4 times a week and I have loved what I am getting out of it. Jen and the other coaches are so supportive and motivating! The class sizes are perfect with anywhere from 2-10 in the class times I have gone to so far with beginners to advanced attendees. This made me feel more comfortable knowing I wasn't the only one who doesn't know a thing about workouts and would be going at a slower pace. The class times are awesome offering hours for those who have 8-5 working hours. With the ability to make it early morning or after work. The coaches pay attention to everyone and offer critiques on form and modifications.

I really struggled with the idea of walking into a gym. I didn't want to feel dumb, unwelcome, or have anyone judge me because of my size. I started with the Jriven for 30 home program for 9 months and saw a lot of great progress there. A friend talked me into going to an in-person class and I'm hooked! At Jriven, it's all about you vs you! Your own personal progress is all that matters. Jen (the owner) does whatever she can to help you with your form and make sure your movements are safe, but never in a demeaning way. Her workouts are challenging, but also have modifications as you ease your way into things. The other members are incredibly welcoming as well. If you are looking for a way to improve your fitness (and get STRONG) in a judgement-free space, Jriven is the answer.

I've been training with Jen at Jriven for over a year now, and I absolutely love the results I've seen! After having a spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis, I’ve had some physical limitations and occasional sciatic nerve pain. Jen has been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always adapting workouts to meet my specific needs.

Thanks to her tailored approach, I've gained strength in key areas that have significantly improved my daily life. Tasks that used to aggravate my sciatic nerve—like lifting a heavy laundry basket or a bag of salt pellets—are now much easier. Even being on my feet for extended periods no longer feels as taxing.

Jen’s attention to detail during workouts is outstanding, and her constant motivation keeps me going. I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and living with more ease thanks to her guidance. She's the best!!

I started going to Jriven Fitness in 2019 and absolutely love the community and mission Jennifer Simmons has at Jriven. All of the classes, from strength training, HIIT, mobility, Pilates, etc. never disappoint! I feel so much stronger in daily activities as a result of functional training. I have worked out through a pregnancy and postpartum, and Jennifer is so knowledgeable with female needs and fitness abilities. All of the trainers are fantastic! I can’t recommend Jriven enough if you’re looking for a gym community that is welcoming and encouraging!

Jriven is the absolute best! The owner, Jen, gives all that she’s got to the classes, the people, and the gym. I’ve never felt more comfortable or welcome in a gym. Jen is sure to pay attention to every single detail during the workouts to prevent injury and to get the best out of the exercises. She is sure to modify for those that have injuries and those that have had recent changes to their bodies. (Postpartum, surgery, etc.) Jen has guided me through postpartum twice and has ensured that I’ve been able to gain my strength back safely and efficiently.
