I have experienced both the sound healing and breathing classes. Both were absolutely wonderful. The space is held as a place to feel refreshed, loved, balanced and calmed. I can’t recommend it enough- if you are looking for a little self care, and a loving place to find it look no further.

This studio is incredible! The sound baths are amazing and the breath-work class is just what I’ve been needing in my life. Elizabeth gave me the most amazing Energetic Face Lift! She unblocked and moved stagnant energy that i didnt even know existed in the face. She also used a machine to show my energy field before and after our session. This level of information was mind blowing and extremly helpful in knowing different aspects of my personal energy. Access Bars healing with Elizabeth Hill was truly a life changing moment for me. I’ve struggled with pretty severe depression and have had really bad flare up as of recently. After my session with Liz, I felt like new life was poured into me, and the next morning felt completely different. Depression was gone and I had motivation, energy, and zest for life again. Will definitely be returning for more sessions in the future.
