I was so grateful to find Linda! I’ve had ongoing issues with my back and body, and Linda was so mindful while giving me great workouts. I highly recommend her; she’s absolutely lovely!

I have been strong all of my adult life, and could always bench my weight. My 40s was the decade when I was in the best shape aerobically (100 miles on bicycle in 4hrs and 27 minutes), and my 50s was the decade when I was strongest (at 55 years old, I could do 17 reps at 225 on the bench). But my self-important fantasy about being a tough guy fell apart when I herniated a couple of disks in my lower back in my early 50s whilst stooping over to pick up some dog poop. (never try that at home! hire it out to a professional!) I was immobile and could not stand up straight for 3 months. It took me ten minutes every morning to get out of bed, using crutches and canes. Then I met Linda and discovered Pilates. Linda single-handedly brought me back from a back injury that had me convinced a lifetime of physical activity was over. She succeeded where three certified Physical therapists and one orthopedic surgeon have failed. I am stronger today than at any point in my life. Since meeting Linda, I have taken Pilates classes from multiple other instructors, each who fancied herself as the guru on the mountain, but none possessed Linda's understanding of physiology and body mechanics. None possessed (or were capable of articulating) Linda's mastery. Linda brings intuition, enthusiasm, and creativity into every client interaction and has earned the respect and admiration of every client. There's strong . . . and then there's Pilates Strong. Linda will help you get there!

Linda has helped me so much to feel better! I have a back injury and Linda is very knowledgeable about Pilates and also making sure I do the pilates exercises correctly so I don't further aggrevate my spine. She has a wealth of knowledge and information about the body which makes me feel comfortable during my pilates sessions. Thank you Linda for keeping me in good shape!!

I have been actively practicing Pilates for 24 years! In February of 2000 I was working on the Idaho Steelheads hockey team as their team chiropractor, and hurt my back. It was diagnosed as a herneated L3-4 disc (but later ruptured). I was off work for 3 full months in efforts to avoid surgery. Linda was a student of Pilates at that time, and later became Pilates instructor. I started using her instructor until she was certified. As a member of Axiom Gym, I was thrilled when she got hired to lead group Pilates classes at that gym. I've been doing Pilates with Linda ever since! Pilates rehabilitation saved me from back surgery, and allowed me to return to my active chiropractic practice without limitations. Linda knows her anatomy and with her vast experience, she enables easy learning with a patient teaching method for all levels. I highly recommend her as not just an exercise coach, but as a life coach! I've referred dozens of patients since and the feedback is all the same....they get results and love her instruction. She's simply the best!! Tim
