I wouldn’t train anywhere else in the area! Both Jessi and Josh are committed to being the best trainers possible and addressing individual client needs. The studio is always clean, has all the equipment needed and I feel better after each session. If you are looking to make improvements to your health, this training studio will help you reach your goals!

Training at Metamorphosis and meeting Jessi is by far one of the best things that has ever happened to me! I have been training at Metamorphosis consistently for the past four months and the days I train have become the highlights of my week. I have learned to not only train correctly, but to have a healthy relationship with food. Jessi is so encouraging and is amazing at holding me accountable, she is with me every step of the way through this journey I am taking and there is no one else I would rather have in my corner. The workouts are made around you and your goals, we are currently working towards training for my first powerlifting meet! Which is something I never thought I would have been capable of doing before starting at Meta! Jessi and Josh have created something so special and I am so happy to be a member of Metamorphosis!

Jessi came highly recommended by other trainers I have worked with before as having expertise in training women who have done pelvic floor therapy, are in post partum recovery or are pregnant…. And I have literally been all three of these women while training with her the past year. I cannot recommend her enough! I have learned so much about lifting PROPERLY after years of lifting averagely while doing CrossFit. Her 30 minute sessions are never boring and they fit into my busy life style as a mom. I remember in her consultation she promised I’d never do a burpee again and I was sold. I cannot recommend her enough!

Having been a personal trainer myself, I can say with 100% certainty that this is the BEST personal training studio in the area. Jessi and Josh are both so knowledgeable and not only continuously keep up on the latest studies and techniques backed by science but they’re funny, personable and take genuine interest in you as a person in your health journey. I have several chronic illnesses and have had 5 major surgeries thus far and Jessi is the only trainer I’ve worked with that has helped me take control over my health again, mentally and physically. I went from almost bedridden to working out with her 5 days a week.
Seriously don’t walk, RUN to get a spot with this amazing studio. 💜

Why are there only 5 stars? Can I give Metamorphosis like, 20 or 30 stars?? Amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and overall so awesome. Due to an injury, I lost a noticeable amount of grip strength and thanks to Jessi’s training I’ve gotten so much stronger. The best gym, hands down. Why are you still reading reviews? I came across Metamorphosis at a time when I was looking to make a big push to get into shape and build up my strength. Previous attempts at doing it by myself weren't working because I couldn't lift too much weight, and I wasn't sure about how to do proper form on more complex exercises. In short, I needed someone who could be both patient, aware of my concern for safety and avoiding injury, and willing to work with me at my level of skill.
I've had the pleasure of working with Jessi, who from the beginning has kept me on point with my goals and what I wanted to accomplish with my training. Jessi puts safety first in every exercise that we do, from the most basic to more complex ones. She is both patient and willing to answer all of my questions about an exercise, such as why and when should we do an exercise, what muscle group it targets, and how to get the form down perfectly. She will even provide alternative methods of doing exercises so that I can do them at home without special equipment. Exercise aside, Jessi also provides a ton of diet and nutrition advice, including lots of ways to get more protein in without drastically changing what I eat.
In over a couple months of training my strength and endurance have increased exponentially. I have gone from hardly being able to pick up small dumbbells, to doing heavy barbell deadlifts - which was an exercise I quickly learned was earned not given, and one I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do!
I'm eager to continue my training here, and I couldn't think of a better place to go for training in the area regardless of skill level.

Posting a review just doesn’t seem enough . I came to Jessi and Josh at the lowest of my lows . I was in a dark place , my body has gone through a ton and I was physically and mentally done with myself . I would walk by my bathroom mirror in tears just hating myself and wondering why my husband still loved me. Then as my last hope was to try personal training . I have done training before but in gyms and thought it would be the same . It wasn’t one bit Jessi became more than a trainer . She became my cheerleader , one of my main rocks I can lean on , she was my therapist even if she didn’t want to be 😂 and kept pushing me forward . I started to find myself again started to see the light at the end of this never ending tunnel. I didn’t give up in life and I won’t give up thanks to her . She is ONE IN A MILLION. My heart aches as we said goodbye to in person training , I don’t know what I will do without seeing her 5 days a week. Please just know if you are me 7 months ago take that plunge and meet them both. They aren’t like any of your typical training places , they love what they do and they love their people . Metamorphosis Training saved me and I don’t mean to be cheesy by any means they truly did and we are forever grateful for them. I still have a ways to go but if I didn’t take that plunge I don’t know where I would be today . ❤️ So thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done! You’ll forever be a part of me .

You have the option of two different trainers, they both have excellent training skills and you will get a variety in your workout but they will both encourage and push you to your goals. They both continue their training so that they are at the top of their game and are able to offer suggestions on nutrition and any other fitness related questions. I’ve been going here for 3 years and won’t go anywhere else! I’ve made friends with some of the other clients too. 10 out of 10 recommend!

They're passionate about what they do and constantly research and share their experiences and expertise. Jessi and Josh live the principles they teach and custom tailor each workout for their clients. I have been training with Josh for almost 6 months. He is very knowledgeable and helped with my shoulder that had been bothering me for months. His encouragement makes me want to try my best even on the worst days. I enjoy the studio environment and the 1 on 1 training accountability. I also love that the sessions are only a 1/2 hour.

Melissa is awesome!!! I wanted to know what my Body Composition was and Melissa has the Top Machine in her studio to measure everything water, muscle mass, bone mass, and Fat. Give it a try to see if you need to adjust your workouts or eating habits.
