This is the 2 nd year my Granddaughter Emma has attended classes at Methods of Movement and Miss Susan’s Ballet Program. Emma has really enjoyed learning the routines and had fun. She is much more aware of body movements and she is learning about self-discipline. Miss Susan and staff are very helpful and supportive.
Thank you all.

It’s a beautiful place but there is Mrs Susan Mrs Jody Mrs mindy and Mrs corona and Mrs Morgan and piper they all work so hard so thank you all these are some of my friends from the studio and if u are new to methods Mrs Susan is not yelling at you she is raising her voice those are two different things and if u are waiting to go to this studio I don’t think you should read those bad reviews they are annoying

I danced with Methods of Movement from 6 years old until I was 18 and now my own daughter has been with the studio since 2 years old and she is now 8. Susan English is an amazing instructor who teaches her dancers self-discipline early in life which shapes them for a promising and successful future. She encourages her dancers to follow their passions and dreams. Every year she funds a venue and costumes for a Christmas program and she doesnt charge any admission fees so that parents can see the progress their kids have made. She has an incredible staff who are also wonderful mentors for young dancers. Methods of Movement is such a blessing to this small town.

My daughter danced for methods of movement and now my granddaughter dances, she really enjoys it.💃 This is a structured studio that teaches perseverance and teamwork.
Susan and her staff go above and beyond. They do a Christmas and spring recital. The Christmas recital is funded by the studio, the kids and adults look forward to and enjoy this so much.

We love Methods! I studied there as a student for 15 years and now my daughter studies there as well. The staff takes time to work with each student to be the best they can be and my daughter can’t wait to go to class each week.

Ava has been there now 3 years and in the beginning she was doing one class. The next year I enrolled her in 2 because she loves to dance.. This year happened to be even better. We are now at 3 classes because she wanted to so badly to be in Ms Susan’s ballet class. What I love so much about my daughter being at Method of Movements is that she is with kind and respectful dance instructors. She is learning the proper way to dance, having fun and making great memories with friends she will have for a life time. I will always recommend M.O.M to everyone with high regards!

Terrible place. The instructor talks down, to the students. Embarrasses them in front of the other students. Won't let them participate in recitals for whatever reason she can come up with. Really surprised a place like this survives. Nothing like consoling your child after a class....its supposed to be fun for them...shame!

My daughter has been doing ballet since the age of 3. We were worried about there being a serious enough studio when we found out we were moving to Mountain Home. Once we found Methods of Movement we no longer had to worry! It has been a great studio for my daughter and she has been able to grow further with her ballet.

My daughter loved her time at Methods of Movement. We were extremely sad to leave. All the dance instructors were amazing and had a true eye for talent. Our daughter made the competition team where we all became family. The costumes and the recitals were always above and beyond. You can see the passion within this studio. We were very proud to be apart of this team. Thanks to Methods of Movements, when we moved our daughter was asked to be on another competition team. If you are looking for a dance studio who will actually better your child’s dance techniques and have a real passion for dance, this is the place.

My girls love classes at Methods of Movement! Safety and fun are the name of their game. Discounts are given for multiple classes and siblings. My son has even taken a few of the ninja classes. Absolutely amazing women working hard to teach children the best. We’ve been taking multiple classes for years now. And plan to continue. We look forward to the end of year recital which is always amazing.

My daughter has been a part of this studio for 9+ years now and we have done everything from preschool creative dance to the adult ballet class and I love how well the students are taught proper ballet techniques from a young age. The uniform leotards starting in pre-ballet, and all the way up to the Pointe class really show a sense of professionalism and standardized teaching.
The choreography is top notch and the end pieces are fun and creative. The costumes are always appropriate and professional and the final dance performances are amazing to watch, and my daughter has learned how to be a real dancer from Susan. This place is well worth the investment in all that they offer.

My daughter has been dancing at this studio for 6 years and loves it! We have always been very impressed with the high quality of instruction she has received and the professionalism of Susan English. The costumes have always been beautiful and tasteful and well within budget. Methods of Movement’s recitals are so well put together and are the best performances I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Methods of Movement to anyone looking for a dance studio.

My daughter loved dancing with Methods of Movement! She learned so much more than just dance and the instruction she received was great! She was able to easily transition to another school when needed and was complimented on her technique and respect. Methods of Movement helped my daughter overcome her fear of being in front of others and now she wants to be a teacher someday. We wish we lived in Mt Home again and could go back!

I love everything about this studio. My daughter has danced here for many years now and under the fantastic instruction from the owner and teachers, she has continously grown as a dancer and human. Methods of Movement teaches more than dance, it teaches personal responsibility, accountability, teamwork, communication, and thinking outside the box. These real life skills are transferable into everyday actions, and my kid is much better for it. I can't recommend this studio enough to anyone in Mountain Home or on their way to Mountain Home.

If there was an option for no stars Susan english would definitely deserve it. Not only is she overpriced but she is very rude when she's speaking to the kids and adults everything has to be perfect even in practice they have to be perfect. At the other dance hall in town she allows them to buy the leotard and shoes and all that from somewhere else if they can find it cheaper, but not Susan you have to buy everything from her. Also you have to pay for all the costumes every single costume . If your kid does a recital or competition you pay for them the other place in town you can rent them you don't have to spend money on them and then worry about where you're going to store them afterwards.
