I travel frequently and regularly buy temporary gym passes wherever I go, so I’ve experienced a wide range of gyms around the world. Unfortunately, this gym was by far the worst I’ve used.

I needed a gym for just one week but was charged what my entire family pays in two months at my much larger, newer, better-equipped gym back home—with a far friendlier atmosphere, too.

There was no place to stretch, which should be a basic feature in any gym.

After charging my card for the full week, they failed to mention that I wouldn’t have standard access: I could only enter during limited staff hours. No coded door access for me. They gave me a paper to bring... Two of those days, staff weren’t even there. They billed me before informing me of this restriction.

It’s also worth mentioning that the overall environment felt unwelcoming. Nearly every woman looked identical—over-tanned, overfilled, and overdone with plastic surgery. The vibe felt artificial and uncomfortable.

In short, this was the worst gym experience I’ve had. I won’t be coming back. It's worth traveling the extra 10-15 minutes elsewhere.

I have been trying to cancel this membership with Middleton, fitness for over 3 months. They keep charging my card. They don't answer the phone I have sent. Cancelation form. I've called him over the phone. They they still keep charging. I don't understand how there's staff. You can keep charging someone that's canceled. Don't recommend them if you're trying to cancel your membership

My daughter and have been working out at the gym for almost 2 years and in that time we have had 3 trainers. Our most recent trainer, Jared, is amazing. If it wasn't for him we would have left the gym and gone somewhere else. He is the perfect combination of fun and no nonsense. We have seen such a difference with him and our workouts. We look forward to our sessions with him and plan on continuing our workout journey with Jared. He is an awesome addition to the gym.

Half the benches are worn down and old, the machines are all old and a good number of them do not work like they should, some of the parts are even broken. This facility is also too small for the amount of people and the price for something like this is obseen

I'm Happy to have access to a gym in our small community but there has to be a tipping point. It is impossible to workout in this gym when teenagers are absolutely oblivious to their surroundings. They NEED to be managed.

It's crowded. At times, too many kids. Lots of new equipment over the last couple months. There is a good mix of competitive level to beginners working out at the same time.

Space to work out can be limited during peak hours though. I think it's time to expand!

Pre-COVID it was kept well, fwd to July 2022, I went back and it’s pretty dirty. Carpet area- wasn’t able to do any floor exercises (who wants to get down on a dirty floor and have their face so close to a carpet that doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed for weeks). Many machines are old & not kept. Same floor exercise mats from years ago, should be simple to replace. Very disappointed with how it’s been maintained. If you’re ok getting on machines and workout equipment with dried up sweat, then you’ll be fine. Could be worse, but also could be way better, lots of potential.

Middleton Fitness Center feels more like a boutique gym but with a chain price. They have good quality equipment and keep it clean and well-maintained and regularly add new ones. It's open 24 hours so I have zero excuses.

Nice little gym, has everything you need for a good workout! My only complaints are this: the cardio machines are old and could be replaced. They work but the last couple of times I went it took me 2-3 tries to get a treadmill that didn’t have a belt that was wonky. The belts kept catching on each stride, making me feel like I would fall down. the cycling bikes are good but loud. Again, they work but it would be nice if they upgraded them. The mats in the stretching room could use an upgrade too but they get the job done! Other than that it’s a nice clean space, affordable fees, and the staff is great!

Absolutely love training with Makayla !! She is tough, supportive, and fluid. Always open to modifications and willing to adjust workouts/meal plans to fit my body and abilities. I have never felt more confident and secure in a trainer and her abilities. I love love love how she's pushes the mental benefits regular exercise has on us (better sleep, less stress, ect.), which is wildly different to the usual "workout to lose weight" mentality i get from a lot of trainers. The gym itself if wonderful, but I think it's the trainers that truly make this gym amazing <3

Let's start with I love this gym. I have been to others in the valley, but this one I can finally call home. It's an amazing place within a small town neatly tucked away. It does not have all the bells and whistles of the big places nearby but makes up for it immediately by not having the mentality that goes with those same places. The staff has been great. Can't recall names but the opening personnel during the week are phenomenal. So if you want an amazing deal and lose the hype, this is the place.

So the new fitness center is on point. It has something for everyone. Classes, trainers, heavy lifting equipment. It has 3 squat racks and 2 dead lift stations! Tons of new machines to use to isolate them muscle groups. They even offer daycare with membership which is something I can appreciate. This gym now offers showers and a life building program which is a fantastic idea. We are very happy with the cost and the programs and support this small town gym offers.

I went for the first time today and really enjoyed the facility. There were TV's at the treadmills and stepper stations, which I used. The rowing machine moved smoothely; It was clean, didn't smell like a gym! I will definitely go back and probably join.
