I recently switched to this Planet Fitness from another location and overall it's been a great experience. Staff is friendly, gym’s clean, no complaints there.
The only thing I’ve been struggling with is how cold it gets because of the big overhead fans. I get that they’re meant to help with airflow, but since this location is a bit more narrow, it feels like the cold air is always blowing right on me, even when the gym isn’t that busy. It makes it hard to stay warm between sets, and I don’t always want to wear a jacket the whole time.
Would be great if there was a way to turn one off or adjust them a bit depending on the time of day. Just a small thing, but it would make a big difference. Thanks!

Filthy shower, locker room, bathroom area. Employees take no accountability and look at you like “and?”.Yesterday trash all over dressing area and unclean. Girl stated she is the only female who cleans as men can’t go into women’s restroom. Also stated she leaves at 2:30pm and overnight people are supposed to clean as well but don’t. You have signs announcing men in women’s locker/restroom area as well as the flip side reading women in men’s.
Today water dripping only from shower heads. No signs anywhere showers out of service. Red head male who was again parked on top of counter as he was yesterday didn’t seem to care and stated he can’t go in there and when I stated they have signage said it was locked in cleaning room by plumber yesterday. Asked him if he could call someone which again fell on deaf ears.

Very poorly run facility, lazy employees and dirty.

Do not sign up with this gym. They are truly dishonest. I cancelled my membership 6 days before my billing was set for my monthly payment, and you have to go in person to cancel. No one told me that I would be charged again for another month because I did not cancel outside of 7 days prior to my monthly charge. I called them to see why this happened they just said that's the way it is. Really? They could easily have reversed the charge and it does not take 7 days to cancel a membership that takes 5 minutes to set up. They are greedy and will not do what's honest. They just rip people off.

This is by far my worst experience and embarrassing time that I've had with planet fitness.I've been to countless planet fitness. I'm a black card member and I usually bring my mother that has dementia and back problems to use the message bed..every other location there has never been an issue and at this location not only they didn't allow me and mother to use the message bed but she was rude in front of other guest After looking up online it mentioned that black card member can bring their guest to use the facility..amd the perks.. A great gym definitely geared towards a more fat loss and novice weight-training crowd. Still great machines and equipment and you know how to use them properly.

One downside is the lunk alarm and the "show the weights respect" mentality which is a rare and borderline obnoxious mindset in a world of empowering expression by dropping and tossing the weight around after a set.

This is a good gym. All of the machines, weights, and really everything is well-maintained. There's a positive vibe, good music, lots of different tvs with a variety of shows playing that you can plug into different machines (i.e. treadmills, stair climbers, etc) to watch. The bathroom is always clean and has several changing rooms, showers, lockers, and even hair dryers. There are various rooms for different types of circuit, if you prefer that to the big open room with long lines of machines and free weights. There is also an upgrade for the spa area that has massage chairs and various other spa items (Im not an upgraded member). Overall, great gym that is clean and very well-maintained.

I really want to bring this to attention since there is no avail.....I really enjoy Planet Fitness wonderful gym, facility and staffing is most alert. Customer service most everywhere seems to feel OK not to be as friendly and being shut down is just OK. Each customer member no diffrent and Customer service does need a face lift to post Covid. Now the only reason I will not give 5 stars is there is a defining accounting issue ongoing. Past 2 months and possible more I have been charged addional $10 fees and yet my pmt always pays as my bank account confirms. Of course adding $10, so I want to hear from others because digging into this further investigation shows a huge issue with member in many States. So it's likely that a Audit needs Tobe places for more reasons than one. Because I travel for work alot and I'm being denied in some cases access under black member plan member. It's has taking much time at each gym having to show pmt made yet membership shows non payment. I have talked many times in checking in cda and they say your membership is fine.

Disgusting!!! 2nd time I have used the tanning beds and they were dirty from the previous user!!! The 1st time I laid down, the bed was still wet with sweat and the 2nd time it had the full body outline in grease and sweat dots from the previous user. I quickly went to the front desk to tell them and their response was “oh, do you want me to clean it?” Called corporate to let them know (25 min wait) And their response was “we will let corporate know”. She didn’t seemed like she cared at all. I am thoroughly disgusted and do not trust their cleaning processes on anything anymore at this location. I’m not sure health services would be happy. I really appreciate this gym! It's inexpensive, it's clean, has a lot of cardio machines, employees are friendly and it's laid back. There's plenty of parking. This is the cleanest PF I've been to. As I walked in, I saw an employee wiping down lockers in the .ain room, and kept seeing them do small things to keep the gym clean throughout. It was quite impressive. Although I went later in the day, the place looked like it had been cleaned and closed until I arrived. That is quite a statement. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I used the hydro massage (twice), the massage chair, and the wellness light stand9ng thing that moves (haha). All were awesome and welcome after my drive, and the showers were spotless and consistently temperate.

I get there at 8:18pm on Friday evening and they don’t close til 9 and no one is using the tanning beds yet they won’t let me tan even thou it only is a 9 min bed and that leaves them plenty of time to let me tan and clean the bed but they deny me. Like the reason I started here was cause they were 24 hours and then they change there hours ok but to not be 24 hours on the weekends when ppl are more likely to use it later during the weekend at later times yet they close so early like Fridays 9 so that’s not bad but sat and Sunday they close at five like seriously I’d be more likely to come later on Friday and definitely sat yet I can only do it late during the week when I work so that 24 hours deal does me no good since I work during the week like there’s no logic to closing so damn early on the weekends and then to deny me to tan at 819 pm when they close at 9 and there’s no one using the tanning bed is a joke and this place just went down hill since I first started and at this point I’ll be looking for somewhere else I can’t believe the laziness of the staff it’s not a hard damn job yet it’s to difficult to let some tan for 9 mins and still have enough time to take the 3 mins at most to clean it after I’m done like wow how hard is that really? Super quiet at 5am on a weekday and that's a good thing. I was able to work through the 30 minute circuit without being disturbed and didn't need to skip.

Great gym ,clean, friendly. However the hours are annoying, every other PF I’ve been to is 24/7, weekends are the best to go at night and that is an option at almost every other gym but not here! Also the tanning beds are not cleaned very well, twice I’ve went to tan and seen lotion smudge spots from someone else’s body in the tanning bed. There is no spray bottle in the room to sanitize, just baby wipes. Also no mirrors in the tanning rooms to make sure lotion is applied evenly or to fix hair, check to rub lotion in, etc after tanning.

The staff are all amazing. I love that they call it a judgement free zone. Tanning booths and beds are always clean. Memberships are a lot more affordable than most other gyms.
My only warning is to serious lifters: there's not enough weight. One line of dumbbells that only go to 80lbs I believe. No bench press. You cannot bring a gallon jug. You cannot grunt or slam weights.

Very nice clean establishment. friendly too. I have the of black card for traveling across country . One of the perks is my showers and quick nap in the parking lot after a long drive. I was told when I purchased this package that it was for travelers. I was awakened and told if I didn't move I would receive a ticket. Wary travelers beware. Other then that it was a very pleasant experience

The cancellation process is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I recommend going to another gym- you can never get anyone on the phone for customer service and you have to cancel in person and if you have moved you have to send in a letter. Most absurd cancellation process I have encountered. They make it so challenging in hopes people will just keep paying the monthly due instead of going through their cancellation process.
