FBBC is a great place to workout. Regardless of your fitness level, the coaches motivate you to push yourself to do your best. The workouts are effective and varied, and the fellow boot campers are supportive and encouraging. If you are tired of trying other gyms with either little success or enjoyment and are ready to change your life, give FBBC a try.

I have been going here for 2 years! Best fitness facility ever! It doesn't matter what your fitness level is or your weight, they will modify and coach you based on your goals! I have lost 30lbs., improved my strength, health and overall fitness! The workouts are amazing, only 30 minutes (HIIT) and they are different every day. I love that my workout is planned and I can come in and do it and then start my day! The coaches and the other bootcampers are so supportive and have become my 2nd family! I would HIGHLY recommend this place, it WILL change your LIFE!

I’ve been working out here for 2 years and still love it. I love the variety and that it’s different every day so you don’t get bored. I am stronger and leaner and never thought I could get to where I am. The trainers are great and adjust the workouts to your ability and the fellow boot campers are awesome. Definitely a fun workout atmosphere. I hate missing a day!

I have been going to boot camp for over a year and it is truly the best place for working out EVER! After joining gym after gym I was very sceptical about boot camp but thought what the heck I will give it a try. There is no judgement and everyone is treated like family. The coaches make it fun and help you every step of the way. I myself have lost 30 pounds and on my way to lose 70 more, but for me it isn't all about weight loss. I am stronger than I have ever been and I feel like I can do anything. It has also helped me mentally. I have become a more positive happier person. If you are thinking about trying boot camp stop thinking and just do it. You won't be disappointed!

I started out working out as a bootcamper and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. Non intimidating and highly motivating. Then I became a coach and have fallen more in love (if that’s possible!) The family feel and the fun we have, while getting our sweat on is amazing! The Intense workouts, all inside of 30 minutes, will get the fat melting off and the muscle coming on. My own health and strength has improved immensely. I love this place and highly recommend it.

I love ❤️ this place. Not only do I get to just show up and work out. No figuring a workout or bringing weight, find the right music then not know what I’m doing. They have awesome coaches who do the workout as well. They demo for you even if you forget after they shown you. Honestly more like a family than a gym. The other member cheer you on, tell you you can do it! They give you cheers during & after the work out. The coaches check in all the time and help you make sure you’re executing the moves correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. I was worried I wasn’t an elite athlete and so nervous to walk in the door. But felt NO judgement from anyone. We all come from different places in our lives and health to just work out and enjoy working out. Members even get together to try new things in the community like trails, hiking or even snow shoeing!

I have been a member for a year now and I love this place! I am a cancer survivor and also have a back injury from a car wreck, Fit Body Boot Camp has been the best decision I have ever made for myself!
It is perfect for my schedule, a complete 30 min. HIIT workout! I have lost weight, toned up, increased strength and stamina and my balance is so much better! The coaches are all amazing, with my back injury they modify my exercises as needed, everyone is so supportive, it's a big family of everyone with like minded goals, pushing through and killing it every day! If you are contemplating starting an exercise program, this is your place! It doesn't matter your, weight, age or health status, the coaches will work withu to help you attain your goals! You can do a trial week just to try it! Call them, you won't regret it!
