This is a wonderful gym for the over 60 crowd! If you have health insurance that covers fitness, this gym accepts. My husband and I love it and we are over 70. Clean with great assortment of machines, weights and floor workouts. Very friendly! Tanning booth helped us get ready for our Feb/March vacation in Cabo! Super owners who are constantly striving to improve the experience!!

I absolutely love Primal Rose Fitness, brand new equipment, the gym in town with The JacobsLadder as well. Very clean and friendly. Recovery room, tanning, shower. Everyone is friendly. Matt and Otilia are absolutely amazing and helps to keep the positive energy going in their gym💜

I joined the gym for a month while I was living in town for a short period of time. The gym is clean and well maintained. Wide variety of high quality equipment. Not overcrowded. They utilized the space available in the best way and there are areas to spread out if needing to complete a circuit. Highly recommend.

The weightlifting to cardio equipment ratio is perfect in my opinion with a mindful layout and a cool reward system! Took advantage of the membership while in town for work and wish there was a similar branch close to home. Highly recommend for anyone nearby looking for gym and will definitely re-apply for a membership if I’m ever in the area again. The Rose’s truly put their best effort into this facility!

I was instantly impressed when I walked in the door. Everything was new and clean. Brand new machines and plenty of them. The sauna with red light therapy plus a cold plunge was wonderful. Reasonable prices and good customer service too. I highly recommend them.

What a great gym with state of the art equipment, a beautiful recovery room with red light therapy and a cold plunge tub. Tanning, trainers available and a Styku 3D body scan!!! The owners are friendly, helpful, and keep the place clean and well maintained. Open 24 hours, you can't beat it!!!!

Primal Rose Fitness is a great gym and has something for everybody. Top of the line equipment, free weight area, machine stations, Strong Man area, squat and assisted racks, workout bands, cardio area, FitAid drinks, cold plunge, red light sauna, tanning, recovery room, shower, it's always clean and well tended, the owners are great and very helpful, they have a personal trainer there(that you can hire), 24 HR access and the members are friendly. This is small town at it's best.

One of the best gyms I have been to around the area! Super clean and very well maintained. Owners are amazing at communication if you need to reach them. Modern and old school gym atmosphere into one. Multiple cardio options as well. Easy sign up, classes, app to keep track of visits and membership, not to mention a sauna.

This gym is top tier and the community needed a gym like this!

Hands down the best locally owned gym in this area that has both advanced and beginner friendly equipment. All I have to say is if you want peace and quiet and to be comfortable in your own space this is the place to go! 11/10 would recommend to anyone. I feel so comfortable using this gym as a newbie in her 60's. I know there are a lot of "Beasts" using the gym, but never once do they make me feel intimidated. I love all the extra features. The scan machine to follow your health journey is very informative. Can't wait to see some improvements after 3 months!
I throughly enjoy the red light sauna and cold plunge. Never thought I would/could do the plunge, but I feel great afterwards. I can now maintain over a minute after dunking my head Give it a try, you may surprise yourself!

I’m absolutely loving my experience at Primal Rose! The facility is always spotless, which is a major plus for me. The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable and motivated. I also appreciate that the owners are on site and available to answer any questions or provide guidance.

The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of machines and equipment, so I never have to wait to get in a good workout. And the added amenities like the recovery room and tanning beds are a great bonus!

My husband and I were able to drop by Primal Rose Fitness and check out every thing they have to offer. This is not your typical gym. It’s so much more! From top of the line fitness equipment down to the amazing amenities they have to offer such as cold plunge, sauna and tanning bed. The styku machine primal fitness offers is something I have not seen any other gym offer. The results from it have been overall beneficial to help me reach my health and fitness goals!
