Paid up front for 4 private lessons. They didnβt show up for 2 of the 4 lessons, and didnβt call
to let me know. The first time it happened they said they put the wrong time for the lesson. The second time they never called me back and I had to show up at the gym to talk to them. They at least let my kid join the group class that was going on at that time to make up for it.

My daughter has really enjoyed all of her gymnastics classes. All the teachers are wonderful and good with kids. They do a great job with skills and safety. I have seen other reviews about cleanliness and professionalism, but I mostly disagree. It's a large space in an old building - so yes it's a little dusty/dingy - but not so much that I would complain. Plus I hear they are working on opening a new facility. It feels like a family friendly small business, so we give a little grace on organization :)

Went here for my kids classmates bday party and they had an amazing time! I can't believe I didn't know this place existed but it was a wonderful time. There are so many activities you can do here compared to similar places in town and they're reasonably priced.
Chrissy was such a sweetheart and made us feel so welcome. She gave me a rundown of the history of the place and shared a community event they host every year at the wellness center. Really lovely group of people running this place!
I'd come back just to see her smiling face!
All the kids had a great time here and the plethora of different things to do here really make it time well spent with less likelihood of your kids getting bored or burned out. Great stuff!

I'm not one to be a stickler and complain. I'm typically happy with the bare minimum. HOWEVER, Randy's Tumbling is a major wreck!! I took my friends' kids here just earlier this evening. A little surprised it's being ran by minors?!?!. Being that it's full of underage children with ZERO adult supervision. The kids I took there were being bullied and harassed. When I brought the situation to the kids who were working they shook it off like it was nothing and told me I could leave. With that being said, there are so many hazards and health code violations that can be and/or are seriously dangerous for children to be playing around. They keep the only water fountain in a single bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. It says you must wear socks and yet half the children were running around barefoot. Just about everything in the building is falling apart. The rocks on the walls are loose and falling off. There's a large ladder out in the open. Sheetrock is ripped off the wall in many places. Definitely do NOT recommend. You'd be better off paying $3 extra to go across the street to Geranamo's. Or $7 less to take your kids to they play place at the local mall. Seriously disappointed. Will definitely filing a report come Monday morning.

I love the expirence, but the co-owner was very rude. One of the younger employees offered to pay 2 more hours until they close because our parents couldn't get us. She kicked us out and made us go outside. Threatened to call the cops.The person did tuis because she said if our parents couldn't pick us up now she'd call them for child abondonment.Very fun, but the one co-owner is very rude. The real owner is on a vacation or someting.

LOVE this place!! Took my little kids ages 3 and 6 today for adventure time! They had a blast and blew off so much energy!! Nothing but fun for them there! And reasonably priced for the hours that u pay! Very happy with our experience!

Save your time and money. What a joke. We did not get any assistance with set up. There was no paper products given like it says on their web page. We also did not get any birthday gift for the birthday kid. Getting ahold of anyone was an absolute joke before hand to get all party details figured. The place was gross there was old cake all over the chairs when we showed up. The person who was there watching the desk when we arrived did absolutely nothing to help set up the party room or give any directions. Horrible birthday experience would give zero stars if I could. Definitely do not recommend!!!

I'm not sure what I expected but this place was disgusting. Don't be fooled by the pictures taken more than a year ago, this place is going downhill quick. It's clear there isn't any kind of custodial crew that takes care of this place. Which indicates that the owners of this establishment aren't interested in providing a safe clean environment for people (especially children) to play in. It appears as if they built this place many years ago and have just let it die a slow death.
Another reviewer left some excellent images complimening my images showing just how dirty and not maintained this place really is. From trash being left around the place to the swamp cooler leaking a large amount of water onto the floor this place is a few months away from being condemned.
There also seems to be a level of hoarding taking place with the amount of junk just piled up around the walls including what appears to be projects that don't have a completion in sight. The majority of the overhead lighting is burned out as well leaving the whole place very dim.
There is no good place for non participants to sit as well which adds another level of disappointment.
1/5 would not recommend to anyone.
The sponsors of this place should be ashamed to have their names attached to such a disgusting venue.

I was one of the people the where in there the implies yelling and kids and one of the kids peed in the room and there where so many parents came in the room and the implies would not let us go with our mom or dad I think that the implies only care about money the best implies was Maddy she is the best that is all my things that I had to say.

Went to Randyβs for the first time and saw that employee Taylor was basically running the place and the elder lady who he called his manager was just sitting in the office the whole time I was there and left during jumping hours basically leaving the job with pay Taylor had been keeping everything in check and in order. Taylor had made sure the kids were having a good time and keeping them jumping and having fun while the elderly lady was extremely rude to the point where I saw children leaving because of her.

Employee and staff was young but handled job well, the elder woman the employeeβs called their manger was un kind and extremely strict to children not including me but too a point i had to leave. On the bright side the young man named Taylor and some called Tibbs was able to keep things fun and family friendly.

Although the staff are great and the kids enjoyed the party, the cleanliness was horrible. It looked like it hasnβt seen a broom or vacuum since 1999. The tablecloth was covered in sticky soda and sprinkles from the last party and also dog hair all over the couch and chair. The sink was disgusting and frosting was dried on to the microwave door, the foosball table, chairs and tables.The equipment is in need of repair (other than duct tape holding things together) Gross is an understatement. To pay $200 for the dirtiest party venue ever was very disappointing. It isnβt that hard to do basic cleaning.

We arrived Saturday for a friends birthday. Party started at 10, we arrived at 10:10. All the parents and their children were waiting in their cars as it was down pouring.
There was no one to open the building. They didnβt answer phone calls, made by almost every parent, nor did they answer emails.
The look on the birthday girls face (7) was so sad as were her friends faces who were there to celebrate her.
This is no way to run a business.

We had a party at 5pm scheduled, deposit paid on the day of the party no one was there!! We had all of our guest arriving and no one there to let us in. We didnβt even get a call apologizing or anything. Still waiting to hear from the manager/owner for our refund. Will NEVER go here again. Lesson learned

We love Randy's! The staff has been friendly and accommodating in every interaction we've ever had. My daughter took tumbling classes there for a few years and loved it so much. She has since started competitive cheerleading utilizing skills she learned in her classes, but she still talks about her instructors at Randy's and wants to go visit, or to take more classes during the summer. We recently booked our youngest daughter's birthday party there, and it was perfect. The kids all had a blast. The party room was so brightly decorated I didn't even need to put up my own decorations. Randy's supplied all of the tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils, and they handled all of the clean up. They checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and offered to help wherever they could. It made it so easy and stress free. I would definitely book another party there in the future, and I highly recommend them for classes as well.

Had a wonderful time! We did the "open gym" on a Saturday. The staff were very friendly and cheerful, even when the grown up of the group is essentially an out of control 5 year old. There is a ton of stuff to play on, I never got bored and my two hours flew by quickly! I think it is a far better deal than Geronimo! I will definitely be returning!

I went to a birthday party at this location... I was dismayed the second I walked in the door at how filthy it was. Thereβs no way it is cleaned on a regular basis, even simple things like vacuuming and wiping down. The floors were a level of disgusting that I would expect in an abandoned warehouse. I had a hard time even letting my child play because of the layers of dirt and trash built up in the lobby, the play area, and the party area. Thereβs no seating for parents to watch kids from, the one couch in the party room is covered in one of those couch covers that can be removed and washed, but that doesnβt seem to be inspiring any washing on the part of the owners or staff. It was stained and tattered. If I had seen cleaning products around, I would have taken matters into my own hands. The foam squares in the pit are so worn theyβre not even in the shape of cubes anymore. I saw zero evidence of upkeep being performed in any capacity at this place.
Iβve also called here and sent emails asking about their classes and times, since the info is not on their website. Iβve received zero calls or emails in return.
Iβm not sure how this place is in business with Geronimoβs right across the streetβclean, comfortable, well-kept Geronimoβs with respectful employees that donβt yell at kids.

There are lots of kids at parties. It is hard to keep track of yours. It really is just a garage with a safty hazard slide and a dug up foam pit with 2nd hand foam. It has some saftey hazards, there aren't nearly enough adult supervisors. If they just put a railing on that slide I'd feel better. But w/ some touching up, it could really succeed.

This is a great place for gymnastics. My daughter has learned many skills over the years. They are layed back and will let your kid learn at their own pace. If your kid needs to be pushed to learn, then take them someplace else because these coaches are nice.
Adventure Time is great for teens. I feel like I can drop my teens off and they will be OK for a few hours, with something active to do. The staff will watch to make sure they are following the safety rules.

This place discriminated against my 7 year old son with Down syndrome. If I could give a 0 star I would. I have supported this place for a few years now...birthday parties, football parties and weekend fun for my 5 boys. I was there last night and a staff member made my son leave the play area simply because it was an inconvenience for her that he was there. I am furious. He did nothing wrong. He was playing and wanting to be involved like the other kids. Shame on her. She didn't make any other kids who were "not following the rules" leave the play area, only my son. And it wasn't that he wasn't "following the rules", he just needs extra guidance and direction. I'm very disappointed

Sorry, but these place has poor management and staffing. My kids went for a fun night Friday 12/12/14 and they were bullied by larger older children, kids were dropping f-bombs, and my sons wallet was stolen.
