really clean, nice staff, plenty of equipment. It's 2 stories tall with a men's locker room, and 2 bathrooms, 1 on each floor. Very spacious. They have a rag and spray for disinfecting anything you use to help protect everybody!

Very disappointed. Been trying to get ahold of these guys for weeks trying to cancel my membership before they charged me again because I moved away. No return calls and when they finally do make a smart remark about how long they have been in business and infer that I am a liar and never called. Of course they won't give me the money back they took out even tho I haven't been to the gym in over two months. To top it off, I now have to drive all the way back to Emmett to "fill out a form and return key cards" in order for them to cancel.
It's a real shame. I did like the atmosphere of this gym even tho the locker rooms look like a gorilla got loose and smashed holes in every locker and wall. If you like to be ran around in circles and disrespected, this is the gym for you!

Plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Owner Monte is really friendly and is the person you'll get if you call the main number. Early mornings before work are busy but not crowded. Personal training is available for an additional cost. I've worked with Jose and got a great overview of the equipment, new ways to use it, and how to maximize the time I spend there. He's super responsive to texts. If you're not familiar with the gym, ask for a facility tour when you sign up - it's a big place. Ladies, don't plan on using a locker. The same locks have been on the same lockers since I started there over a year ago and they never come off. I don't know the situation in the men's locker room but I've been told it's the same.

This place has the energy of the old school, power house guns from the 70s with modern injected into it. It allows you the freedom to get into your own world without bumping elbows and the weights to push off you're feeling powerful. Love this place.

It's a great gym and has plenty of good work out equipment, though it feels like it's still under renovations, and it used to have a room with punching bags for combat practice, but they have long since removed them, so it feels like it offers less than it used to. But it's still a great gym nonetheless.

Awesome gym. Missing out on the lifting straps. But otherwise has everything you need to workout. One big problem I have is employees are not there very often which makes getting a membership difficult. I have seen very few of the employees. The person trainers seem very good and work hard from what I have seen and they have tons of equipment.

I had a great time at this gym when I was going to it. After a couple months I started sports at my highschool and had my membership frozen, because I would have been a returning customer. On september 15 2020 (today) I was charged for the month when I didn't restart my account. I called the gym and then the manager thinking it was simply a mistake. I tried to explain what had happened to the manager and her response was to hangup on me. I am not typically a complainer but it is wrong to charge someone when they had there account froze months earlier. My advice is to not even walk in the door or give them any banking account information they will steal from you. I am very disappointed in the way the manager treated me. I will never go to this gym again because they're other options that are just as good.
