At ReStory Yoga, we offer yoga for mental health designed specifically to help you navigate anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, or just the everyday weight of being human. Each class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and move in ways that support your inner steadiness. A place to feel safe in your body and supported in your mental wellness, one breath, one movement at a time.

I am really grateful for the classes I get to attend from Halle. She is always incredibly welcoming and seeks to promote comfort and safety. It is clearly important to her to be friendly and warm to those she interact with.

Just want to say Halle is an awesome instructor, teacher, and person that truly cares and wants to ensure you are comfortable. If you are new to yoga or arent too sure about it I recommend checking out her classes as her approach is very pleasant.

I've been going to the trauma informed yoga sessions for a while now which are wonderful if you don't want the demanding nature of most types of yoga and just want to mellow out mindfully and still get some movement. Everytime I always feel better and more at ease than I did before providing me with an opportunity to distance myself from the chaos of the world: to calm down, to get out of my head and become more connected to my body and self.

Halle provides a safe and gentle practice for those looking to explore elements of their trauma that might be ready to process.
Relaxing, breathing, visualizing, and listening to our body all help release trauma we no longer need to hold.

These classes are an excellent addition to professional trauma therapy.
