Rishi Yoga offers traditional yoga and meditation classes- delivering the teachings from its roots in the Himalayas to Kooskia, Kamiah, and the Clearwater Valley of North Central Idaho in order to spark personal wellness, transformation, and peace on every level. We provide group yoga classes in person and online, private lessons, yoga retreats, and immersive workshops. Our full spectrum classes weave together yoga movement, Hatha asana postures, pranayama breath work, kriya energy techniques and meditation. Join us in class to experience inner peace and deep relaxation.

I can’t say enough good things about Rishi Yoga and its founder, Christina. Not only is she a skilled and versatile teacher, offering a wide variety of practices with real depth and clarity, she brings something deeper to every class: a grounded, consistent presence that creates real safety and connection.
Christina has built a truly nourishing community here. Whether it’s through her regular classes or the retreats she hosts, there’s a richness to the space she holds that’s hard to come by.
I’m grateful for her as a teacher, a collaborator, and a friend. If you have a chance to practice with her, don’t miss it.

Private classes with Christina at Rishi Yoga far surpassed all expectations. I wanted to learn a couple poses that had been very difficult for me. It's so exciting for me to be able to these poses that sometimes my inner voice yells, "hell yeah!" during my practice.
Beyond this and probably more important than the reason I treated myself to a session of privates is that I can now go to bed and go to sleep. I had been a serious insomniac my whole life. I have always been super resistant to meditation, Christina urged me to try a 7 minute evening meditation, and it worked. Everything is so much better not being sleep deprived!

I would absolutely recommend Rishi Yoga! My lower back was killing me for years and within days of applying the new techniques that I learned, my lower back pain went away, and it has changed my life. Also, with my new incorporated breath work, I am much more relaxed and centered and able to make more mindful decisions in my daily life.

This meditation retreat provided me with the space and opportunity to learn a new way of looking at myself, my mind and the connection and oneness that we all share! From morning meditations to yoga nidra at night, each day was full of learning, practicing, being mindful & relaxing. The food was exceptional and full of love. I'm so excited to incorporate these meditations into each day and practice mastering my mind!

Coming only from love and gratitude, Wild Idaho Yoga Festival was a blissful and wonderful experience in every level. The variety of activities allowed diverse and expanded understandings of Yoga as a lifestyle. It was a perfect setting to break free from the hurried life events, breathe away stress and tension, and regain balance and control of life’s own disturbances. The beautiful Selway River was the perfect setting. Not only our body was nourished with fresh juice and clean food, but most importantly our Souls were purified with high frequencies of infinite love, self awareness and self realization. Incredible experience in an amazing setting. I had very limited exposure to yoga and meditation before the Denali retreat. However, I felt very supported in a positive and welcoming environment. Met wonderful people and ate delicious food too! I enthusiastically recommend to anyone at ant level of experience.

My husband and I took the 90 minute Rishi Yoga with Christina. We enjoy the stretches and breathing routine. We have noticed that after Yoga we are able to sleep well and feel good the next morning.

I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation with Christina now for a few years, she continues to amaze me with her knowledge. Christina is constantly continuing to educate herself personally and then brings what she learns to her classes to share with others.
Christina takes the time to make sure we do each and every Yoga pose correctly so it will benefit our body as an individual. Everyone is different, we all have different needs. With breath work she explains the importance of it, how to do it, and how it will benefit you throughout your day and eventually your life.
Walking into the Dojo Yoga Studio, I let go of the craziness in my daily life. I close the door behind me and sink into self awareness. Once in class, I become grounded and gain strength, balance, inspiration, and feel in harmony with all around me. When I walk back out that door, I am filled with energy, happiness and anxious to continue on my way.
Thank You Christina for consistently bringing Yoga and Meditation classes to out community. I look forward to my weekly class.

Our Yoga and Meditation retreat was an amazing experience. Peaceful, gentle, and fully restorative! Christina and Amy fully spoiled us with a deeper understanding of yoga and meditation practices, and wonderful massages. The connection and time spent with these women was well worth it.
