Tommy and Tammy are amazing personal trainer's and great people! Love the gym and you never know what new piece of equipment shows up. You could never get bored at this gym, so many many things to do and try.

My grandson takes juijsu classes upstairs at silver valley fitness. He loves it. Come join them Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm- 6pm. He's 8 yrs. For boys and girls. In Kellogg , Idaho.

Used this gym while on vacation. $10.00 a day for drop ins. Had everything you need to get a good workout in. Clean, good music at a good volume. I went twice, both times around 8:00am. Not at all crowded. Cool gym dog too.

Very good gym, great staff amd good people. Only thing is I wish there were a couple more machines like a bilateral cable machine and a Seated hamstring curl machine

This is a great gym. It really has the real feel of a gym. They have a cross fit room, free weights, and all kinds of different types of workout machines and equipment. The staff is friendly and it's very affordable, especially since they offer a family plan.
