Very nice gym for the functional fitness / compound lift oriented fellow (or lady) and---as somewhat of a nomad, this is very important to me--the cancellation process was simple and straightforward. Happy to recommend, and I had personally visited a handful of gyms in the valley.

It’s a gym I guess…. They have all the equipment I need, but the high schoolers sneaking after staffed hours is annoying, why do I pay for a $50/month membership while others get in for free? Something that should be addressed and monitored on the surveillance system if you ask me.

Location of this gym was ideal for me, so when my friend and I were touring gyms to decide on one, we came here as I had heard good things. When we got in, it looked nice and clean, but that's where the good experience stopped.

The employee we dealt with was pretty rude. Got real snappy with us when we didn't give her our age. I'm sorry, it's rude to point blank ask someone their age without any context. Had she explained their pricing model it would have made sense why she was asking.

It was weird. The staff member just acted extremely rude to us because we were trying to understand the pricing model and just exactly how much we would pay per month. Ultimately, we felt the price wasn't worth it for the amenities.

The staff didn't offer to take us on a tour of the gym, instead acted like we were inconveniencing them. We weren't even there 10 minutes and it was not busy. We both said we'd not be going back which is disappointing because it looked like a nice place.

It’s a nice gym to work out with a variety of equipment. I’d like to see them add more options for abdominal muscles. Typically gyms make it very hard for members to cancel their membership. I recently relocated out of the LCV Valley and I didn’t have time to cancel my membership. I sent an email request and my cancellation was painless which I greatly appreciate.

It’s an ok gym, extremely dated/worn out equipment and definitely falls flat for $70 a month. didn’t see being charged a one time fee for 24hr access or an additional monthly fee “$10” to use a locker. LA fitness and 24hr fitness nickel and dime their members like crazy…..but still don’t charge to use a locker. Planet fitness is the cheapest gym on the planet and they don’t even charge for use of a locker. How long til planet fitness is in the old macys building?

Update again- upstairs workout stretching area is getting really dirty again. Needs vacuumed really bad getting neglected again! the yoga mats are getting really warn needs replaced. Foam rollers are non-existent

Staff seem to be more professional. Much cleaner facility now. The upstairs does still seem to occasionally get neglected, but for the most part, it's improving. The ripped seats have been replaced. I now give them a 5 star.

It seems like this place is getting neglected. The floors don't get vacuumed as often as they should, and they really need to do a good deep clean and shampoo the carpet. Front desk staff just hang out and play on their phones. The equipment is getting run-down seats , ripped up, and shredded on some equipment and has been for a while. Upstairs, there was a chunk of dreadlock on the floor for over 3 months. This place can be the best with some better training for the staff and weekly and monthly cleaning goals. I will update my post if these changes take place and put it back to a 5 star

Prices is a little too high for a gym price. Nice facility, great range of equipment and it's clean. The fact that they have child care is great too, having said that they could offer different packages that include child care that would help dropp the cost to the other members that don't need that. All in all it's a fair gym.

Group classes were great!

When it came time to cancel my membership (we moved) I did not have the same experience some of the other reviewers had. Brad handled it on the phone for me just fine and refunded this month (due to a slight miscommunication). I had no problem.

Very dirty and don’t think it gets dusted or cleaned unless you do it yourself. Staff is not very friendly and god forbid you try and cancel your membership you will need to jump through hoops and not a simple phone call as most any business will do for you. And was refused a manager to speak with being I have a severe flue and didn’t feel comfortable coming in personally. I was told to come in sick or don’t get your membership canceled otherwise you will continue paying weather your here or not… Customer service sucks

Beware before giving these guys your credit card information! When COVID hit we tried to continue supporting local business and agreed to keep paying them $10.00 month even when they were closed and we could not go. They agreed and kept taking the funds, until they randomly started charging full price again even though we still wanted our membership suspended until we can safely return. Every month we call them and remind them of this arrangement, every month they say they forgot, or made a mistake, and will refund the full amount and charge the $10.00 BUT THEY DON'T! Finally had to initiate credit card disputes for the past three months - over $225.00 of fees they took for services NOT received, and that they agreed to suspend. Good gym and I'd like to go back one day but so sick and tired of fighting them over charging the wrong amount to the credit card and not honoring what they agreed to!

Lots of cardio and free weight equipment. They even some more dynamic tools for more athletically oriented workouts, such as sleds, battle ropes, glute-ham raise, rings, yoke, etc. I always like to make use of the sauna as well.

While the facility is generally clean and well equiped, they are overpriced for what is offered. They require agreement to a contract that requires you notify them 30 days in advance before ending the contract which I believe is heavy handed. I would not recommend this facility.
