As someone who is older and out of shape, I find Jeanette and her other teachers helpful and not critical. There is a certain amount of happiness to their classes. The room is clean and beautifully appointed with candles and dim lighting. She has all the props you need, i.e. extra mats, blocks, blankets and straps. Often, at the end, a damp lavender towel is gently laid over your forehead and closed eyes. This is a very special place where you are made to feel special.

My introduction to the world of yoga began a year ago at Star Light Yoga in Star, Idaho. This studio embodies a strong sense of community, with a wonderful approach to health and wellness. Star Light creates an inviting atmosphere where students feel safe and supported. The studio is calming, with natural light, soothing colors, and comfortable spaces for relaxation and total body restoration. The studio offers a variety of classes catering to different skill levels, ensuring that there is something for everyone. They offer special events that encourage community, mindful meditation, and deep relaxation. The Instructors are awesome, well versed in yoga and its practice, and inspire you to pursue total body wellness and mindfulness. My favorite session is taught by Jeanette, called Holy Yoga, which introduces scripture and inspirational music as part of meditation, with gentle flows that ensures restoration in total mind, body and spirit! It’s a joy to practice yoga at Starlight, and I look forward to enjoying it here for many years to come!

My experience at Star Light Yoga Studio has been extremely positive. I am new to the world of yoga and found this studio to be attentive to each persons physical needs while explaining alternate positions during the practice. There are a variety of classes that practice different styles of yoga not only daily, but throughout the week. Depending how you are feeling on a particular day, you will find a class that will fit your needs.

I love love love Starlight Yoga. First of all it’s beautiful inside and out just like the instructors. The studio and instructors are warm and inviting. They really make you feel welcome and are not intimidating. I have really enjoyed every class I’ve taken. My fav is Holy Yoga. Meditating on God’s word has been such a blessing and the highlight of my week. Don’t miss out on this wonderful studio. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

This yoga studio is like a little beacon of peace and calm for me in the middle of the crazy that is life with young kids. I’ve been going to classes taught by Jeanette for years. She is an amazing instructor. I’ve been attending both the yinflow and holy yoga classes and absolutely love them both. I love that the studio isn’t huge and is a more intimate setting but still has plenty of room to really stretch out. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a yoga studio I can HIGHLY recommend this one.

I can’t say enough good things about Star Light Yoga Studio! Jeanette, the owner, is so kind and welcoming—she makes you feel like you belong from the moment you walk in. The community is amazing and it’s such a positive and uplifting space. I started taking classes with almost zero yoga experience but I’ve felt so welcomed and I’ve noticed my practice improving so much. Jeanette and all the instructors are excellent and really knowledgeable and helpful. The location in Star is super convenient and easy to get to since I live in town. This studio is such a great addition to our community, I recommend it to anyone!

It’s truly refreshing to be able to say nothing but positive things about Star Light Yoga Studio. For years, I’d been on the hunt for a yoga space in the Star, Middleton, Caldwell, Nampa area, a search made particularly challenging by my desire to avoid hot yoga. Then, I stumbled upon this charming studio, and it was love at first sight. What really set this studio apart is its thoughtful variety of classes and times. They offer a beautiful range, from Gentle and Slow Flow sessions, perfect for easing into movement, deeply relaxing Yin and Restorative practices. I tried yoga a few times years ago, and just never felt the support or community I have found at Star Light Yoga Studio. The studio and classes are my little break from the hectic routine of life. All of the instructors are so helpful and supportive no matter where you are in your yoga practice. The owner is amazing at making sure everyone feels welcome.
