This place is amazing. Not because itβs a sexy see-and-be-seen gym (cause itβs not), but because it pushes you HARD (while being super safe), is extremely time efficient, and private (with constant 1:1 attention and coaching). Any fitness level looking for straight up muscle building (and apparently bone density improvement too), definitely check it out.

Our family has been clients at Strength Studio of Idaho for years. Our 11 year old just started lifting as well and has shown great improvement in his body awareness, core strength, and balance. Kendra is a great coach, teaching him how to engage his muscles safely. She is patient and encouraging.

I do strength training twice a week with Kendra. The program is perfect for me. Kendra tailored the program to me and keeps me progressing on each piece of equipment. When I suffered a broken hand she customized the program to focus on leg work until I was able to use my hand again. I highly recommended trying the program.

It is the best thing I do for myself. I am training right now to walk the last section of the Camino to Santiago. That would not be possible without the strength training and extra push I get from Super Strong each week. I did the first section 2 years ago and came back realizing I needed more preparation before going again. Super Strong Fitness just works for me! Try it! This is a great protocol for anybody no matter your current physical fitness level. I did this exercise through my entire pregnancy and it was the best, safest thing I could do for my body. I have seen people from 14 to 90+ years old in there and would recommend it to anyone looking to gain real strength.
