I love the atmosphere, the leaders, the commitment to giving us the opportunity to be our best selves. I love Cary for the fit class...everyone says she is the best they have had. And, Viv...they both treat us with respect and challenge us, do not assume we can't do things because of our ages.

Strive is my happy place. I've never felt comfortable in a co-ed gym, but I feel safe and confident here. The staff are kind and welcoming, the space is clean and smells fantastic, the machines are awesome, and the atmosphere is casual and friendly. I can't recommend it enough!

The front desk made sign-up super easy and was very pleasant to talk to! Also, my friend Faith was teaching her class, and she did a great job! I've never attended a dance hiit class before, and I felt very welcomed and not judged as a beginner. The space we were in was also clean and looked good. I would highly recommend giving it a go alone or with friends!

I enjoy their new express workouts early in the morning. The instructors are 🔥!
I have been impressed by the bubbly and encouraging ladies at the front. Love, love, love the sauna, and then the little extras like coffee, waters and feminine products offered to all! The monthly membership cost is affordable with everything offered, thanks Strive!

Everyone there was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It's a smaller gym but feels very comfortable and friendly. I also love the comfort of a girl's only gym. My girls love the childcare there, the lady's watching the kids are so engaged with them and make it fun for them.

55+ classes Mondays and Wednesdays:
Ashley is a great leader, very knowledgeable and the class offers variety each week. Also, the ladies who attend these classes are very caring and offer to help each other. Plus she plays great music!

Love Strive Fitness! The instructors are excellent and the included childcare is so convenient. I’ve been going to this gym since my pandemic baby was born in 2020. I’ve never been a regular gym goer until THIS gym. It is so welcoming and I love the variety of classes. It is seriously perfect for women of all ages and stages of life.

I have been at Strive for almost 2 years. It was the first gym out of the gym that I didn’t feel intimidated walking into. It was welcoming and reassuring. I started with doing the group fitness classes from strength training, cardio, and Pilates/Barre. I wanted more heavier lifting and more smaller groups so I joined the elite classes. Elite classes are smaller format with up to 10 members and one trainer. I love it! I would describe them as smaller bootcamps with focus muscle groups. I have met my community of women and built new friendships here. Some of the girls are now my closest friends and I am thankful for Strive. The trainers are so supportive and kind. They build great workouts and really love seeing your progress. It is a positive community, so don’t let the negative reviews drive you away. There will always be unhappy customers in every business and you can’t make everyone happy. I will tell you I have never felt any toxic or cattiness with any of the members or trainers/management during my experience at Strive. Yes, I highly recommend visiting to try their free classes.

For a considerable period, I genuinely enjoyed my time at this gym and connected with the people there. However, the high instructor turnover puzzled me. Eventually, I discovered the reason behind employees leaving: unethical management practices. Despite having some friendly staff, management engaged in questionable behavior. For instance, members’ dues would randomly change, and unexpected charges appeared on their accounts. Additionally, staff commissions were embezzled by management. Although the gym seemed welcoming to newcomers, it harbored hidden issues. I, too, was deceived until I experienced it firsthand. Policies and prices fluctuated unpredictably, turning the gym into a stressful environment that was no longer mom-friendly. When management learned that members or employees were aware of these illegal practices, they terminated them. Ironically, it was not the toxic individuals who were let go. I have no complaints about the classes or facility besides parking and management. They are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Joining Strive Fitness for women has been such a game changer. I love the Elite and group fitness classes! Each class I take I not only feel like I got an amazing workout in but I feel encouraged, empowered and supported by the other women around me. The staff, trainers and instructors, are welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Strive for providing a safe and inclusive environment to work on my health and fitness goals!

To anyone reading recent reviews. Theres ALWAYS two sides to every story. I’ve had nothing but amazing experience with management. As a small business owner myself I understand how difficult it can be to make difficult decisions that are for the good of the majority. They can’t please everyone but I rest easy knowing that toxic behavior is not tolerated by management. I am forever grateful that Strive has proven itself to me time and time again as a place that protects its members and is a safe environment for all women to come and feel accepted, included and empowered! thank you strive for weeding out toxicity.

Strive is the only gym I’ve ever felt truly comfortable working out at. It’s always clean, it never smells bad(an issue I’ve noticed at most other gyms), and all of the staff are so friendly and always helpful. Even when the gym is busy, I’ve never felt like I had to wait for equipment to become available. The group classes I’ve taken have been so much fun and a great workout, and the ones I haven’t tried look just as good. There’s really nothing bad I could say about Strive. It’s become the place I go when I need to get out of my head.

Strives management team is wildly unprofessional and the treatment of certain members is absolutely disgusting. Some of these positive reviews are incredibly biased and to be quite frank, wrong- not to mention some of these reviews were “written” by the owners daughter, aunt, and an instructor. This gym started out welcoming but only because of the other members I met there. The management team is incredibly immature, unprofessional, and did I say immature? I would also like to mention a certain instructor, Krista, who is just as immature as the rest of them. I will never give strive my business ever again. Not to mention, upon cancelling my 12 month contract, which I am well within my rights to do, they charged me two separate fees. I’m not sure what kind of shady stuff this gym is doing behind the scenes, but this is not something that will be swept under the rug.

I’ve been to strive before to try out a group fitness class, and I had a great time in that atmosphere with everyone having fun and making sure I felt welcome. I’m absolutely appalled to hear about the way you are treating certain members. I can’t imagine thinking it’s okay to single certain members out who have clearly brought in a lot of new business and monthly income for your gym. I will make sure I never go there again, as well as any of my friends or family. I would hate to be humiliated for having fun with my friends. Gross behavior from a “business”.

Super disappointed in this gym. They preach women empowerment and claim to be a safe space for women but then shame members for dancing too hard, celebrating other women, and trying to make group exercise more fun. As a women only gym, it could be such an amazing place to make friends and create a tribe, instead it discourages women from being comfortable and confident in their own skin and finding ways to make fitness fun. The exact opposite of what they claim to be.

Strive has been the best gym I’ve ever been a member at! The equipment, the classes they offer, the childcare, personal training, and last but not least the Staff it’s all been nothing but wonderful! I always feel so welcomed everyday I come in, any questions I have, are always answered in a timely manner and they always make sure I am happy and if I need anything to not hesitate to ask!! The instructors in group fitness sure know how to make it so much fun, it really keeps me accountable and to try harder!! Thanks STRIVE Family I am so grateful to look forward to coming instead of dreading my workouts!! It’s sure nice to have an exclusive place to come! Being treated kindly really goes a long ways with me and I’ve never seen anyone treat others any other way while I’m there!

Don’t underestimate the effect of an all women’s gym!! I have been amazed at how much I enjoy this space. The women show up in all ages, shapes, and sizes and we all support each other! It’s beautiful, and so fun!

I also really appreciate that management is on site daily and available in-person. I have been at other gyms where the owners never show face. I recommend this family run and locally owned gym.

Let me start out by saying, I have met some of my best friends at this gym and that’s the only reason why I’m giving this review a 1 star. There are a few instructors/trainers that are diamonds in the ruff, however the management and controlling tendencies (for a gym that is supposed to be about women empowerment & acceptance) is unlike any other gym I’ve ever been a member at. I have plenty of examples but I won’t bore you with them, but the most mind blowing one was that there was a “no filming during group fitness classes” rule that was enforced due to member safety, a few months later, an employee (ACTUALLY the group fitness manager) was in the middle of the room recording content- DOUBLE STANDARDS alllllll over the place. I have a big problem for people who don’t practice what they preach. I have many more incidents of poor management and lack of accountability while trying to take control over every aspect of my workout and frankly made me feel super uncomfortable at a place that should do the exact opposite. I was a paying member of the gym, brought in 10+ new members, posted about Strive on my social media, and got treated so disrespectfully in return. If you’re looking for a gym where you can just do your own weight/cardio workout, sure. But save yourself the stress, disrespect and judgement from “management” by taking your business elsewhere.

I switched to this gym a couple months ago from a big chain gym and it is the best decision I’ve made. Everyone is so friendly, prices are great and they have everything you need. I love that it’s an all womens gym. I feel comfortable and love having an inclusive, judgement free place to workout.
I just have to give a shout-out to the girls in kids zone. I have an autistic daughter, a very high energy son with big emotions and a baby that cries every time I leave her. The girls have been so understanding and accommodating. They are so capable and handle any issue with my kids without coming to get me and interrupting my workout. One of them even got my baby from screaming to sleeping in 5 minutes and let her nap on her the rest of the time. They have all been wonderful.

I love this gym a lot but a huge downside to this gym is if you often use the cable machine/free weights, this gym isn’t for you. That’s all I really use to workout and there’s only 1cable machine and half the time it’s being used by a personal trainer. There’s also only 2 benches. The gym doesn’t have that high of weights either. It seems the gyms intent wasn’t for this many people to sign up so everything is low quantities or isn’t large enough. The great parts of the gym are obvious, though. The only one around this area with childcare for younger ones, it’s all women, provide products for showers, it’s really nice. But for me, the most important thing is being able to workout while I’m here and I don’t like having to wait my turn to use something or be in such close proximity for something that there is such a low quantity of. It’s super awesome that an all women’s gym is even a thing and I love it! But I wish there were more space, higher weights, more benches, and more cable machines.

An all women's gym is such a blessing!
Great clean equipment, classes, sauna, and a big plus child care. The front desk ladies are always so sweet, nice, and professional. The manager Lisa was extremely helpful with my membership sign up and discussing training options. This gym is great for mothers or any women wanting an all female space only!

This place is a scam. Cool that it’s a women’s only gym and I thought that the people running it were great too until I had a problem with the training sessions I had paid for and they refused to refund me for 3 sessions I hadn’t used after a less than ideal experience with my trainer, which they had automatically charged me for and then refused to cancel my subscription without paying an extra $209 - mind you they had already overcharged me $135 for services I did not receive and I paid $75 a month for my monthly membership on top of this. These people are just after your money, nothing more. It’s an over priced membership run by greedy people with no respect for their clientele. I am disgusted and enraged by my experience here and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. You’re better off spending less money at a gym with higher standards and more to offer.

Shapes Fitness is a no-judgement zone for women who may be otherwise intimidated to go to a gym. It is a FULL GYM, offering free weights, machines, great group classes, and personal training. Once you walk in you will see a super-clean facility with NO "gym smell" and lots of natural light. The staff is awesome, from the management to the front desk. They know me by name! There are also great touches, such as complimentary water, coffee, tea and towels.

All jokes aside, I really disliked going to the gym. I never felt welcomed and never liked the environment. Lisa is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable and accepted. The gym is very welcoming and everyone there is supportive.
The group classes are great and have a wide variety of times to fit everyone’s schedule. I actually look forward to going to the gym now.
If you’re debating/not sure if you want to try this gym, I recommend coming in for a tour and trying it out.

I love this all women’s gym! The atmosphere, community, and support that the staff have built make it easy to feel welcomed and excited to be a part of it all! It’s so fun to have the options of attending butt-kicking classes with amazing instructors or utilizing the high quality equipment and machines to meet your health goals. Oh, AND a fancy sauna to max your health benefits in the spacious locker room with showers after you sweat it out is a hardcore added bonus!
My kids have loved attending the Kidz Kan 2 classes to “get big muscles!” They love, (and I super love), that they get to learn to work their wiggly bodies!
