I had a 1-month membership at Studio Enso Yoga before wildfire season, and it really helped me get ready — physically, mentally, and spiritually. The classes are awesome and super diverse, with great instructors and a welcoming atmosphere. Now that I’m in recovery after two straight months of wildfire work, I can really feel how much that training and balance carried me through. Such a great spot for anyone looking to recharge and reconnect in Burley. Highly recommend!

Shantelle is nothing short of AMAZING!
I was referred by my Physical Therapist to try Foot Zone Therapy for the nerve damage that I have in my foot m. Shantelle took the time to ensure that her Foot Zone Therapy treatments tailored to my body’s needs each time. And I left each appointment feeling so much better than when I arrived.
I also have to mention that Shantelle’s personality is perfect for her line of work. Empathetic, understanding, sociable. She had no problem sharing her knowledge with me of what she was feeling in my feet and of how everything works. I love that because I love learning too!
