My daughter has been attending this gym for years now. She loves it and I love how it is building her self-esteem and keeping her physically fit. The staff is very nice and kind. It's a great experience watching your child go from a recreational class not knowing how to do a cartwheel to being part of team and seeing them place in the top 3 at a meet with compition from all over the USA!

Technique gymnastics i would recommend strongly AGAINST, they were awful the teacher had left my child off to the side alone trying to just show herself how to follow along because she wasn't as advanced as the rest of the kids in her group, so the teacher just treated her as if she wasn't there she blatantly ignored my daughter when she asked questions, and other teachers must have seen my child off in the corner entirely alone on a balance beam trying to copy the group i mean it was pretty clear and obvious and yet no one intervened.. my daughter is African-American and I dread that this may have played a part, honestly just can't think of another explanation as to how someone could treat a child in their establishment the way mine was treated. The teacher was Victoria or Veronica for the 7-8 year olds. Also after paying my second month in advance I was denied any refund.

We have been going to Technique for 11 years and all 4 of our kids have attended, 2 of them ended up competing for them. This has been a great place for our kids and our entire family as Technique staff treat you like family. I highly recommend, whether you have a child wanting to dabble in the sport recrerationally or go gang-busters on their competitive team. The staff at Technique will help your child succeed.

I love the owners and coaches at Technique. They care about their gymnasts, make it fun and go above and beyond what is expected during competitions. My daughter loves the friends she's made and all the skills she's learned. My niece is in a similar program in Seattle. Nowhere near as family friendly and twice as expensive. I highly recommend Texhnique!

Love the environment at Technique! The coaches are all highly trained and very knowledgeable in the sport of gymnastics. The environment is always positive and the training is top notch. So thankful we have such a great safe place here in Hayden, Idaho for kids to learn the amazing sport of gymnastics while learning how to be a good teammate. The first class is always free! Stop by and check them out yourselves!!! Proud to still be apart of this gym. My daughter has been here for 6 1/2 years. The owner is truly looking out for the kiddos best interests at all times.

We love Technique Gymnastics!! The coaches are wonderful and provide top notch instruction in a safe environment and at a reasonable cost. They are also very accommodating working with us around multiple sports schedules to make sure our daughter still gets her practice time in. I highly recommend giving them a try!!

We have been at technique since my 10 year old was 2 and we have always had an amazing experience. The owner is amazing and treats everyone with respect and like they are family. She stands up for her employees and her staff is incredible. Very proud to say we are part of the technique family

We tried this place years ago with our Daughter who had a bad experience the 3 times she went.. We then decided to try it again and took our son here, who went two times and really enjoyed the instructor for parkour Ninja Boys. However they handed out my personal information to another person to whom I don't know and then denied it. They also have an instructor by the name of Trinity who is very unprofessional and talks horribly to her students. I would suggest taking your kiddos somewhere else where they are more professional and truly care about who's instructing your kiddos and don'thand out your personalinformation!

I compete for another gym in WA but over the weekend I competed at Snow globe Classic which is hosted by Technique, and it was my favorite meet I have been to all season. The equipment was good, the meet was efficient, and the medals, t-shirt designs, and snow globes were all really cute. The organizers of this event clearly did a really good job.

My kiddo has been attending her for over a year now. The staff is amazing, make you feel like a family. They are all about sportsmanship than about winning. The coaches are very encouraging and positive. My child has grown tremendously not only as gymnast but her character as well. Since she is there so much, I would say her coaches and the staff have a role to play in that too!! :)

My twin granddaughters have been going there for over 2 years and are on the girls gymnastics team. I've been there every Wednesday and Friday for over 3 hours each day every week since they started. I watch the coaches and owners teach, and interact with the students, all the customers and each other. They are EXCELLENT! They have some of the best coaches in the area. They are QUALITY individuals and teach values along with the sport of gymnastics. If you want to have your children taught by people who care, in a fun environment with people of the utmost integrity and values this is the place. I've been to the other gyms in the area and this is by far the best!
