I been training with Allie for a month…I have a torn pec, torn trap, 3 knee surgeries and a tendon issue on my bicep. I felt like trash. After FIVE WEEKS, I go out and record my hobby and see this (attached). This girl knows what’s up and will fix you. Is she worth the money? She’s worth another life and that’s what I feel I got from her for real. If you’re on the fence about getting right, this girl is the greener side.

Today I experienced a sad but enlighten situation. I have been attending Allies Bootcamps going on 4 years. Her dedication and enthuisium has made me stronger then I thought possible. I am just shy of 65 and today 2 men 30 years younger had a hard time moving 36 cases weighing 60lbs each. It took them 2 hours. A month ago I moved this same shipment in 15 minutes with ease.
Allies compassion and drive is amazing. Anyone wanting to better themselves needs to talk and train with her.

Allie has been a great fit life coach helping me stay consistent with my workout program she has made specific to what I need to improve my physic. I really appreciate the workout options Allie offers. Whether you're working out at the gym or opting for the virtual workouts all are customized. Allie is very knowledgeable. I’ve been working with Allie for over three years. My goals have changed over time, from competitive dirt bike racing to maintaining strength. Through the changes she has given me the tools and support to achieve all ends of the fitness spectrum. What made the biggest difference for me was learning nutrition hacks (easy recipes, best choices at fast food restaurants, etc) that blended with my lifestyle. I still eat ice cream and pasta and don’t feel guilty about it. Allie is so good about teaching habits that make a lasting difference and fit with your lifestyle without restrictions. I have worked with Allie for over a year and I do not know what I would do without her. She truly customizes everything to each of her clients, whether it's adjusting workouts, nutrition or just checking in with where you are mentally and how she can adjust things to get you in a better place. LOVE the Fitness Life!
Allie is so awesome and so easy to work with. I’ll admit I was scared to go to her bootcamps/challenges at first, but I am SO glad I did! I have more confidence in my workouts thanks to her showing me proper form and cheering me on that I CAN do this.
I’ve met with other coaches before and they always made me feel like I was wasting their time. But not Allie! She truly cares and listens to any questions, concerns, fears.
I always look forward to her Monday/Wednesday boot camps and the 6 week challenges!

I reached out to Allie for some with help my nutrition. I have been lifting weights for over a year and just didn't feel like I was getting results. She helped me come up with a plan that still allowed me all the things I thought I was going to have to give up. Something sustainable. Not a diet, just a few adjustments to get my body what it needs. I have already seen some improvements and look forward to what the coming months will bring. I have done every diet there is and THOUGHT I knew what kind of work outs I needed to do to accomplish what I THOUGHT was my goal. I would get discouraged and only last at most 3 months and then lose interest and gain even more weight back. Then entered Allie.... She has totally been inspirational. She will open your eyes to what you THINK you were doing right and encourage you and set a plan that will help you think differently, thus you will see results, feel better, and want to keep going. I started looking for a personal trainer when I needed help building workouts for the gym. Allie took the time to get to know me and understand the goals that I wanted to accomplish. She was very thorough about the questions that she asked, so she could better help me accomplish my goals and was very supportive about the goals I wanted to reach. Allie continues to build workouts that challenge me everyday, and is willing to make changes if I need her to. Allie will also reach out and ask how she can help, if I haven't worked out in a week or so, because she wants nothing but the best for each of her clients. Working with The Fitness Life has been fantastic! Quick answers to all questions. The workouts are awesome in that they are fairly quick but the fatigue is there which means the results are there. The workouts are constantly changing and after a year of working out with The Fitness Life, new exercise’s keep showing up which keeps it interesting. Ali is the best! I was hesitant to get a personal trainer because I felt like it wasn't worth the money. But I am so glad that I made the decision to do it! I started working with Allie about 2 and 1/2 years ago when all I was doing was cardio. Her program gave me the workouts I needed to go to the gym and lift weights with confidence. Allie is also the type of trainer who will never tell you to cuts food from your diet. Allie also does challenges which are super fun! If you are looking for a trainer I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLIE!!!

Allie is simply the best trainer. I am doing an online program with her, which fits my crazy work hours and is very affordable and worth every penny. It is a personalized program to me, that I can easily fit into my day. She always answers any questions I have by phone or email very quickly, and has even met me at the gym to show me things. She gave me a nutrition plan with it to get the results I desire. She is an inspiration physically and a very kind and genuine person who motivates you. Most of all, you get results and fast. I absolutely love the online training program with Allie! The word "online" may sound scary, but I promise this experience is anything but scary. Allie makes herself available to you through phone and email 24/7 and also schedules a meeting for you every month to check in and see how you're progressing. The cost also won't break the bank (coming from a college student with a part time job)! The online program includes monthly workout routines that will challenge you mentally and physically, YouTube videos that explain the exercise, a grocery list, recipes, and she will set up your myfitnesspal app to all of the specifications you need! And the best part? ITS FLEXABLE DIETING! So yep, have a cookie or ice cream or cake if it fits in your macros (plan accordingly and watch your sugars though 😉). Trust me, if you're tired of the same old routine in the gym, or if you want to get healthy or build muscle or whatever, Allie is your girl!
