Our daughter is enrolled in their preschool and we are beyond thrilled with it thus far. Ms. Lisa is incredible! By far the sweetest, most perfect person for this job. The way I see her interact with every child is just so special and puts my mind at ease leaving my daughter there. She has made this school transition for us so easy and I’m just so thankful we found such a great person and place. We will definitely be signing up again for another year if Ms. Lisa is there! Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Back on June 4th, I went in to cancel my son’s classes. I asked the front desk if they would refund the unused part of June or if the cancellation would just start in July. I was told I’d get a prorated refund for June.

That didn’t happen. My son was never taken out of the system, and we got billed for July and August too. After a lot of back and forth, they finally refunded July and August but not June. I’ve been told twice that the June refund would be handled, and now I’m being told it won’t be. They also claim there’s no record of my June 4th cancellation, even though that’s exactly when I asked.

I don’t mind their cancellation policy—I mind being told one thing by staff, making decisions based on that, and then later being told something completely different. If I had been given the correct info on day one, I would have just kept my son in class through the end of June.

Mistakes happen, but when a business refuses to own up to them, it’s hard to trust them again.

On June 4th, my husband spoke with the front desk staff to unenroll our son from classes. He specifically asked whether we would receive a prorated refund for the remainder of June or if the cancellation would begin in July (in which case, we would have continued attending through June). He was told we would receive a prorated refund.

Later, we discovered that our son had not been unenrolled and we were billed for July and August. After multiple calls, we eventually reached someone who confirmed that refunds for July, August, and the June proration would be processed. While we did receive the July and August refunds, the prorated June refund never came.

We were assured by two different employees that the June refund would be taken care of, but when we called again today, we were told for the first time that it would not be refunded because their written cancellation policy requires cancellation before the 15th. We were also told there was no record of our June 4th cancellation request—an error caused by their staff, not us. Had we been asked to submit a written request, we would have gladly done so.

I have no issue with the cancellation policy itself. My issue is being given incorrect information—twice—by staff. Had we been told upfront that a prorated refund was not possible, we would have simply continued attending through June.

As a business owner myself, I understand staff make mistakes. But a business with integrity acknowledges those mistakes, makes things right for the customer, and works to improve training to prevent them from happening again. It’s disappointing that this was not the case here, and I truly hate having to write this about a local business.

I brought my cousin to a class here for the first time last week and it was an awesome class. Their coach Melia was super sweet to my cousin and made the class exciting and helped her learn fun tricks.

A glorified indoor playground. Would not recommend if you’re doing the parent/child class. My child started gymnastics at 18 months old in Twin Fall, ID. We moved to the Treasure Valley over a year ago and enrolled our child at the Gym nest in Eagle. We gave it a chance for several months and he lost all the progress he had made in Twin Falls. There is no structure in the class and the “coaches” just stood around and did nothing. Fast forward a few months, we enrolled him in a different local gymnastics and he is thriving! Only thing I have good to say is the facility was clean.

My daughter recently started the Rockin Rollers 🤸🏼‍♂️ with coach Sam and she absolutely loves it. We went to a couple different gyms before falling in love with Gymnest, especially for her age group. We love 💕 coach Sam and she gets so excited when she wakes up and it’s gymnastics day! I personally love Sam’s music playlist 😆

Shay is an awesome coach - my daughters were nervous to attend the class at first, but she makes it so fun and inviting that they came away all smiles and bounces! Definitely recommend this gym for getting the wiggles out. Open gym for the kids is a lot of fun, too - it's so nice to have a place for them to come free play during the week on rainy days!

The Gym Nest is an excellent gym. Clean and high quality equipment, with top notch coaching staff. Coaches are highly skilled and work wonderfully with children. My daughter LOVES her gymnastics class at the Gym Nest Studio. Her teacher, Sam, makes the class fun for the kids, while at the same time maintaining discipline and focusing on technique. Sam also gives the kids a lot of individual attention, even in a group setting. Thanks Sam!

I was very interested in signing up…I actually called two times last week and was told the manager wasn’t available until the evening to enroll. I Called back in the evening still not there, left my info. It’s a week later still heard nothing. Decided to drive to your business today and check it out in person. I’m glad I did. I walked in, no one at the desk/counter. Stood there with my kids for probably 5-7 min checking the place out. Saw what I thought was a bunch of kids unattended. From the room on the right 2 little girls walked out and were standing a short distance from me near the cubbies. A male teenager was in that room possibly who was in charge didn’t see me standing right near the chairs and glass windows. In the bigger studio kids were playing tug of war and I didn’t see any adults in there until I stepped closer and saw 2 teenage girls laying on the floor right beneath the window writing in books. The whole time I was checking the place out no one approached or Even Noticed me. Thank god I’m not a bad person but how I could ever leave my 3 almost 4 year old there seeing how easy someone could walk in and be unnoticed. While I understand we live in a pretty safe place the disregard for safety and supervision was astonishing. Perhaps this was some oversight but it seems like they need to have an adult working there at all times. At the bare minimum maybe lock your front doors while classes/camps are in session if your not going to have someone at the desk/entry at all times.

Really love this place! Great for kids, clean, and the open gym is awesome! Just make sure to sign up for a slot ahead of time so that you are guaranteed a spot. A little frustrating to drive all the way there just to have to turn around and go home because we didn’t know there was a way to signup in advance. Overall a good experience though as the employees are very nice! We hope to sign up and be back next time!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Gym Nest Studios. My son attends the Ninja homeschool class and looks forward to it every week. My daughter has taken gymnastics here for about a year and absolutely loves it! The teachers are great, and she makes so much progress each week. My son did Mini Ninja Turtles and loved his time as well. It was great for him to be able to run off energy and learn some skills at the same time. Of all the activities, sports, extracurriculars, etc we go to- this is by far the one my kids look forward to the most!!

3 stars because they need more chairs for the watching parents. If they step up the chair game it would easily be worth 2 stars. This is a great place for little kids to learn gymnastics and get active. They have experienced staff , very safe good environment. Lots of others same age so kids can socialize. My daughter absolutely loves going here for gymnastics. We have been to a couple of different places in the valley and we like this one the best. The teacher does really well at teaching and my daughter adores her. It is clean and you are greeted with a friendly smile. Can't wait to put my other girl in gymnastics next year when she is old enough. :)

Love bringing my kids to the Gym Nest! They were really helpful for parent's night out and they make sure the kids have a fun time during their gym classes. They have a long trampoline with a foam pit that my girls especially love. Would highly recommend them!
